The Pipes used to be part of Kittypet territory, but no longer. They are now counted as part of Alley Rogue territory, though not many Alley Rogues are stupid enough to enter them. At first, they seem to only be a little hole in a broken unused road, but if you go into the hole, you'll find a series of pipes walled in on four sides that provide unsteady slippery steps towards the bottom far below. The bottom is a home to giant rats and other vermin and has many holes and tunnels branching off from it. Once you drop from the last pipe to the ground, it's very hard to escape because the lowest pipe is too high to jump up to.
