A dark lithe shape stalked into rogue territory, senses alert. The moon was at it's peak in the sky, signaling Moon High. But the tom wasn't tired. His gray tabby shape was big, not fully grown but big. He looked to be new warrior age, maybe about 12 moons. And as he tasted the air, he could taste a new scent. StormShadow was here to visit Vitalany, and that scent wasn't hers. His fur raised on his his shoulders as he gazed around him. Too late to turn back. He thought to himself.

A black tom sensed Stormshadow coming, he detected the scent.
A clan cat? In rogue territory? Weird.
He stepped out of the shadows with a grimace before he dissapeared again.
Then Defiance reapeared behind StormShadow, before the tom could do anything he was pinned down and glared at by yellow eyes.

StormShadow gasped but didn't yowl. If he did, he would attract many more assasins to the spot. He gazed in surprise and Defiance before using his strong legs to kick him off and roll away, landing on his paws and crouching, gazing at the other tom. He was a veteran fighter. Even though he was only a new warrior, he was reincarnated and in his past life he knew how to fight, and those skills carried on to this life.

StormShadow narrowed his eyes, but found no reason that the tom would use his name for anything. "StormShadow." He growled. "And you are...?"

"I ask the questions" Defiance meowed.
He pounced on the tom digging his claws into the toms back before jumping off and crouching down ready to defend.

StormShadow hissed and leaped, slashing Defiances head in a combination with two paws before landing and turning to face him, curling his lip. "Well too bad," He growled to the younger tom.

Defince shook the blood of his face and it dripped to the ground.
It stained his black fur to look brown, a drip ran down his face across his lips.

"Well... I'm waiting." StormShadow implied, obviously wanting an answer. Suddenly, he felt dejavu. When he had died as StormCloud, it had been meeting SpeckledGlass in rogue territory, getting caught by Death's daughters and dieing. That couldn't happen again...

Defiance lifted his eyes to look at the tom before pouncing on him and lashing open his ear, he landed on the ground agily.
"Defiance" The tom growled.

StormShadow snarled and yelped in pain, but leapt under Defiances paws and pushed up into his belly with unsheathed claws peircing before he was flung away, StormShadow rolling away from him.

Definance winced and felt a little bit dizzy from blood loss. His belly stung badly.
Defiance looked at the older tom with a glare of his golden eyes.

"DEFIANCE! STOP!" Vitalany screeched loudly as she came plunging over a hill at full speed. She didn't know how into this fight Defiance was and didn't know if he'd heard her so she went charging full speed right at him. Usually Defiance could have held his ground and Vitalany would have just bounced right off but she had a trick to play. Suddenly the little battlefield was bathed in smoke, which most likely caught both toms off guard. Vitalany barrled into her brother knocking him to his side where she stood over him her violet eyes flashing

StormShadow yelped in surprise and fell onto his scratched back. He hadn't suspected smoke. He was surprise though when he heard Vitalany's voice. Had she known the tom? She must have since she was screaming his name. Was she meeting with two toms. Both StormShadow and Defiance. StormShadow shook his head, that wasn't like Vitalany.

"What d'you think you're doing you rock-brained excuse of a brother" Vitalany added seeming to be trembling with rage for a few moments before she took a deep breath and sat down looking perfectly calm once again.
"Apologize" She ordered looking at both StormShadow and Defiance for both of them to apologize, not just one or the other.

StormShadow blinked in surprise. "Bro-Brother?" Now he felt bad. "Sorry," He muttered under his breath, gazing at his paws trhough narrowed eyes, forcing his bristling fur down.

Vitalany's black and white fur bristled at her brother "You're hopeless!" She hissed her violet eyes flashing again. She got to her paws and started walking away from Defiance and toward StormShadow where she sat down again and wrapped her tail around her paws giving her brother that death glare

StormShadow glanced from Vitalany to Defiance. He hoped he hadn't cause a squabble... it was obvious he had. He watched Defiance carefully for any signs he was about to attack again.

He looked away from the two cats his eyes unreadable.

"Now that that is under control, Defiance this is StormShadow and Stormshadow this is my brother Defiance" She explained her mood lighting up quickly back to her normal peppy attitude. She looked at StormShadow wondering if he was confused... Vitalany and Defiance were like complete opposites in both looks and personalities. Vitalany more or less resembled very closley to her mother while Defiance their father. Vitalany was very small while Defiance was on the larger size. Vitalany had the peppy optomistic attitude while Defiance had the more pessimistic I'll kill everything attitude
