"Ha Ha very funny" He meowed looking at her with a grin, "So can you walk" He meowed with a smaller smile as he stepped closer to her looking at her gash covered with cob webs, it had stopped bleeding. He looked at her his eyes concered.

"I should." Leaf meowed, getting to her paws carefully. She began to walk around, but had to limp not to feel unbearable pain. She looked to Sam.

"That looks pain full" Sam meowed trying to think of a solution, he looked at Leaf she was quite small, it would take them a while to reach loner territory if she had to limp... plus painful.

Leaf shrugged. "It's fine." She meowed, flexing her shoulder carefully. "Loner territory isn't that far." She meowed, guessing what he was thinking.

"I know" Sam meowed as he kept walking his paws hitting the ground silently, he looked back at her with a bleak unsure smile but turned and kept walking on/

Leaf watched him, raising one eyebrow. She had never seen him so worked up. She shuffled her paws, keeping from wincing, and watched him carefully, saying nothing.

Sam sighed and could feel her eyes on him burning into his back, he kept walking though slowly not to leave Leaf behind but still taking big strides as he walked along loping like a bear almost. He looked back again to see her a little pain etched across her face "Are you ok?" Sam meowed and looked at her his voice a little louder then usual since he was so tense to get out of rogue territory so she could be safe.

Leaf blinked and nodded, limping quickly after him so she could walk a few tail lengths behind. "Tense..much?" She meowed, cocking her head, green eyes shining in humor.

"Just a little, I can't let you get attacked again" He meowed as he slowed a little to walk beside her his shoulders looked tense though and so were his eyes, "So where are we heading to? do you have your own den?" Sam meowed his voice calm and silky as he looked at her his blue eyes looking down at the ground then back at her.

Leaf nodded watching his eyes confusedly. "Yeah, I have my own den right by the lake." She meowed, looking forward before back to him.

"Ah I see well lead the way" He meowed looking at her with playful eyes and then into the new territory he'd never been in there were a lot of trees and it was quite quiet. He looked in front of himself feeling like a stranger all over again

Leaf nodded with a playful purr and limped ahead of him, wishing she could walk faster. She stopped and tasted the air before continueing.

Sam looked around for a second feeling uncomfortable about his surroundings. He looked back in front of himself at Leaf who tasted the air. He walked a few steps beside her wordless, he was just thinking of where her den was, if they were in any danger from Vixen anymore and if there any new dangers here in loner territory to worry about.

Leaf watched his nervous expression before shrugging and padding on, nearing the lake. "What do you think about water?" She asked, almost suddenly.

Sam was preocuppied with thinking about danger he barely noticed Leaf speaking to him "Water?" Sam meowed his train of thought snapped, "Uh sure water is fine" he meowed not really caring where he had to live for a moon or two...

Leaf nodded with a sly grin and padded on. "Good." She meowed as she approached the waters edge. She crouched and lapped up some before meowing. "Cause I didn't want to get in trouble when I did this." She turned quickly and ran her paw across the warer, splashing him with a few drops of water. She was trying to get him to lighten a bit.

"Hey!" Sam meowed his voice mockingly playful as he jumped into the water beside her getting her wet, "I hope you did not mind that either" He meowed his smile coming back to his face, the splash he made splattered onto her fur.

Leaf grinned and shook her fur out, water droplets flying onto Sam. She jumped in after him, wondering if it would hurt her shoulder, but surprisingly it made her feel better. While tredding, she splashed her two forepaws in and out of the water, splashing Sam all over.

Sam smiled his crooked smile and narrowed his eyes playfully. He slashed his paw threw the water and made a big splash that pelted Leaf with water. He swam deeper into the water like a dog his long fur not bothering him even though it was heavy when soaked.

Then Leaf suddenly disappeared under the water. Was she drowning? Wouldn't there be more thrashing? Had something dragged her under? Suddenly she popped up infront of Sam, splashing him with so much water his white pelt turned gray.

"I did not know cats could go underwater" Sam teased her lightly, as he hit his paws on the water making big splashed. She had scared him for a moment there and it showed in his shocked blue eyes, he shook his head glad she did not drown.

Leaf grinned. "No they can't." She meowed, obviously sarcastic. She begin wading, though not yet tired. "Happy the sun is out," She meowed suddenly. "Or we'd be freezing."
