CometFall looked hopefully back toward the clearing where he had left MothPelt... secretly hoping the gray she-cat would follow him and ask him to come back, but he knew he was kidding himself. She had to much pride to do that. As he neared the border he began checking around him to make sure that no other NatureClan cats were around so that he would be able to leave without conversing, or that's what he told himself as he wandered the forest in circles. He finally decided he'd spent to much time running in circles, and that there was no way any other cat could have gotten away with being within 100 feet of him. As he began to take the first step over the border he caught sight of a cat on the other side looking at him from the shadows..... there was no mistaking those red eyes

The eyes blinked, a bright, scary white grin appeared also, revealing two long and creepy vampire-like fangs.
"Well, hello Comet. What bring you here, son?"
As he spoke, VampireBat came out of those shadows, his white and brown tabby pelt ragged, a couple of claw marks on his flank, and his eyes suddenly seemed older.

He sounded surprised, and he doesn't remember the last time he ever felt surprised. "And don't look at me that way. Prey these days are more harder to catch," VampireBat snapped.

He nodded. "The best I could get recently are kits, it's quite humiliating, actually," he sighed. "Where will you go? There's always a place for an extra assassin at the rogues, and I think you'll even like Silk, my apprentice."
The tom looked around before sitting down, releasing his muscles from their tense position. VampireBat seemed unnaturally wary, as if he expected some cats to jump behind him. But he was still strong, powerful even... But he had obviously become slightly weaker.

"hmmmm... perhaps I haven't really though about it" He meowed obviously thinking hard as he cast one more somewhat hopeful glance behind him.... only to be disappointed again. He turned back to VampireBat, his green eyes once again emotionless as he looked his father over again. "What are you doing here?" He asked curious

VampireBat looked behind Comet, too, wondering what was crushing his hope so much. "Waiting for someone?"

"Yeah" He meowed narrowing his eyes. "Who's the x-Natureclan cat?" He asked though he was pretty sure he already knew.... most likely his old mentor

His eyes narrowed even more, is that was even possible. "You know I'd like to come, pass a little greeting to my two daughters. I came here to also let you all know that you have half-siblings," he meowed, getting up.

Finally the newest, who aren't born yet, sadly, are Red and Blue," he named one by one, pride in his red eyes. "They will all grow up to be terrible fighters and killers! Each will follow in their father's step, and do the best to rule every single existing cat... They will each be legend, far more than I am. You, too, CometFall, will join them, and your sisters will simply have to when they know about all the power... They're ambitious, they have to be, all of those of my family are ambitious. VampireBat padded, or more like limped, toward the vast forest that was NatuteClan's territory. "C'mon."

CometFall watched him limp for a moment before following just fast enough to keep pace while thinking about how in the world he was supposed explain bringing his father, and one of the most well known assassins into the camp..... and how was he supposed to explain that he was leaving.

When they finally arrived, VampireBat didn't went to the camp's main entrance. Instead, he went to the side, hidden by thick bushes and trees. There was a smaller place to sneak in, the place EmberGlow often went to get some peace while she was still a kit and apprentice. It was dark, hidden by all the shadows, and close to the Nursery and Apprentices' Den.

CometFall padded after him wordlessly deciding the longer they went unseen the better it would be for him.
Inside the nursery~
Shadedkit jumped out from behind another queen and landed on top of Spottedkit with friendly hiss.

SpottedKit fell to the ground, as she was distracted and hadn't noticed her sister sneaking up on her. "Ow, ShadedKit! That hurts!" the small tortoiseshell whimpered. "But sshh... Papa and Grandpa are coming. We have to hide. Play hide-n'-seek with them!"
The she-kit rolled away, stood up, and ran around for a hiding spot.
VampireBat followed CometFall, knowing that he knew more about this camp than he does. "I often came in here to watch you and your sisters. You three are quite powerful fighters," he meowed quietly, also looking around.

Shadedkit giggled and began running around trying to find a good hiding place. She didn't know how her sister knew these kinds of things, but she didn't question it as she got under a bush careful to make sure she drew her tail into it so that she was completely hidden.
"You come here?" Comet asked again surprised feeling a little self-consious now. He led the way into the farthest side of the nursery after checking to make sure no one else was around.
