Hunting ((Rouge She-cat))

"Ya!" Forest replied, NO, DON'T ANSWER HER! His brain screamed. "Your a Rouge?" YES, SHE IS, NOW ATTACK, ATTACK WHILE SHE'S NOT EXPECT---wow, her pelt is B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L, in the shade! Shifting his weight slightly, Forest sat down next to Nightmare and looked up at her beautiful face, he couldn't help it, she was just so... DEADLY, BLOODTHIRSTY, BUILT TO KILL! Forest shook his head slightly, and tightened his jaw, biting harder on his cheek.

Nightmare nodded with a gorgeous smile. "Yep. Proud to be." Then she blinked, looking back forward. She never was so... kind-like or open to anyone. How had this tom been able to make her... well not mean, for loss of better words, in just a few minutes. And after a fight?!

Forest grinned, not in his usual, fake way. But his real, always crooked somehow, grin! "What's it like?" he asked her. WHAT? NO, YOUR NOTINTERESTED IN ROUGE LIFE! YOU HATE[/i] ROUGES, HATE THEM![/i] Blood filled Forest's mouth, he had deeply cut the inside of his cheek. Well bravo, your siting here, talking to a rouge, making yourself bleed, and thinking about how beautiful she is, and how much you wish you WERE A FREAKING ROUGE TO! HERE THAT? YOU FREAKING WISH YOU WERE A ROUGE SO YOU COULD BE WITH THIS FREAKING SHE-CAT! Forest closed his eyes, but not all the way, he couldn't take his eyes off Nightmare. In fact, if she started tearing him apart, he would just sit there, dazed, and let her do it, all the wile thinking about how lovely her body moved when she fought!

"The normal fight to survive." Nightmare meowed, blinking. She shrugged. "I guess in some ways it's like loners?" She asked

"Sounds like it" Forest said nodding. "But were usually alone, ya know? Like, we only depend on ourselves, no kin, no one. And we rarely sleep in the same place twice!"

[~Stormy~]

Nightmare sighed and nodded. "Yeah. That's true." She was pretty much trapped in a den near her mothers, so that she could learn all she could from her. Bleck. "I guess in some cases loner life and rogue life are alike..." She trailed off, and for once, she was lost for words. Gah! It was like he was rewiring her brain.

Forest looked at Nightmare, she looked beaten up, but not just on the outside. She looked like she, to, was having some sort of inner struggle, or breakdown. "Are you ok?" He asked her softly.

[~Stormy~]

"Huh?" Nightmare snapped out of her thoughts and looked at him. "Oh, fine. I already said, doesn't hurt that much." She thought he meant she looks hurt on the outside.

"No, no" Forest said, shaking his head, "I mean, good, im glad the scratched aren't hurting," this he said without thinking, "But i meant, like, on the inside." He shrugged, feeling stupid. "I, don't know, forget it i guess..." Forest trailed off and looked up at her hopelessly, something he had never done before!

[~Stormy~]

"Oh," Nightmare's eyes flashed with unknown emotions. "As good as I can be at this point." She was taken aback by how she was guarded. She was always guarded!

Forest nodded, not pushing the question. "So?" he asked, then laughed. "Now what?"

[~Stormy~]

Nightmare looked at him, a tad surpriaed and even grateful. He hadn't pushed it. Most did. "Well..." She looked to her paws. She clenched her jaw, pissed at herself for not wanting to leave. "Not sure."

Forest laughed again, then walked out of the shade and over to the rabbit he had caught earlier. "Ketch!" he called and tossed it over to Nightmare.

Nightmare's eyes widened and she ducked, the rabbit flying into a tree. "Whoa there! Not ready to die by a rabbit." She meowed with a joking grin.

Forest grinned "Sorry" he purred. Did i just purr?! Forest hadn't purred in at least 3 moons! "You still want it?" he asked, referring to the rabbit.

[~Stormy~]

Nightmare shrugged, feeling the pain in her movement. "No, it's fine. I'll hunt later."

Forest smiled and padded toward Nightmare, and stopped when he was half a mouse length away. "Sure you don't want to share?" he asked in a purr. WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! DON'T GET CLOSER TO HER, SHE'S A R-O-U-G-E, SHE'LL BE RIPPING YOUR THROAT OUT ANY MOMENT! Once again, Forest ignored these thoughts.

Nightmare blinked and shuffled her paws, which were tingling. She clenched her jaw. What is my problem! "I guess it wouldn't hurt. If you're sure..." She trailed off.

"I don't mind!" Forest said quickly, seeing Nightmare's paws twitching made him worry she was about to run off. "But we don't have to, I mean, you can go if you want..." He to trailed off. Part of Forest was jumping with glee at the thought of Nightmare leaving, but at the same time an overwhelming pang of sadness almost nocked him off his paws at this thought!

But Nightmare's paws weren't tingling for that reason. It was him being so close. For some reason she couldn't handle it, and at the same time she loved it. "Course not." She meowed simply.

Forest sighed in relief, on the inside of coarse! "Ok" he meowed, smiling again, and very gentleman like he pushed the rabbit closer to her.

[~Stormy~]

"Thanks." Nightmare meowed, fur growing hot. She took a bite of the rabbit, savoring the taste, before pushing it to him.

Forest took a bight, swallowed, then took another realizing how hungry he had been. After he swallowed the second bight Forest pushed the last of the rabbit over to Nightmare, letting her finish it. "So tell me about yourself!" he asked of her, as he began cleaning his face and paws. "If you want!" he added pausing in the middle of licking his paw. I wish I could clean her face instead! he thought, then shook his head to clear it. Stay focioused, you asked her a question, don't get distracted by how soft her fur must be... how soft her ears would feel under your tong...! Forest began biting the inside of his cheek again.

Nightmare shrugged with a sigh, taking a bite of the rabbit and chewed. "I'll be straightforward..." She shuddered away from the idea that he might not like her if he thought she had kept what she does from him. "My mothers a big assassin... big plans. For me too. I have to take her place when she dies. So... I have to be a big buisness assassin when I grow up." She rolled her eyes and took another bite. "That's why my father left last night." She said, surprised that had just came out. He might use it against me! She thought, but for some reason, she didn't think he would. They had just fought... why wouldn't he? But she couldn't force herself to think he would.

Forest nodded understanding. "Thought you might be one" he meowed causally. "You fight like one!" Except for the fact that she didn't really try to kill you, hmm... Forest scratched his ear in thought.
