Well... if I were roleplaying Kish, I would make it that she grew up to be sort of... tomboyish, masculine, almost...
And on the occasion that another cat would mistake her for a boy, she'd murder him or her with her battle claws of doom that she will one day soon buy from a black market trader. ^^
But that's just me. Do whatever you want with her.
