EmptyKit chuckled a this brother "Smooth Deadkit, you really know how to clear a room." he told his brother hopping through the snow into the nursery. "Mom?" he asked looking around, the almost angry grunt from the corner was his only answer. "Err i mean, MountainStorm.. that's a LOOOONG word..." he fumbled with his words, trying to make them come out right. He padded towards his mother who looked like she was being slowly tortured and killed by being in here. The look of loathing she sent her kits made him quail and want to cry, but she had said only weaklings cried, and weaklings died... so he bit his lip and straightened his shoulders.

SnapKit hopped back into her nest and looked at FrostKit for a moment, a little confused on why the other she-kit wasn't outside with the other. She then turned her head when EmptyKit came in, and stiffened a snicker. Why was MountainStorm even being a mother? She should just give her kits up to a she-cat who wants kits.

The pretty form of SnowKit sleepily lifted her head, which seemed to pop out of the ground. She had managed to bury herself into the leaves and feather's on the nursery floor, undisturbed by any sounds. But when a couple of kits had entered the nursery, she felt it, so she looked up. SnowKit stood and stretched and looked about her, only to feel a wave of sympathy toward EmptyKit. "Do you want to come play with me, EmptyKit?" she asked, her head cocked of why he'd even come to see his mother.

EmptyKit looked at Snowkit, his spring green eyes flashed with gratitude. "Sure!" He jumped over the queen between them and landed no the other side "Wow.. I actually made that..." he looked at the queen with a flash of white teeth, a smile of innocence. He glanced back at MountainStorm and frowned briefly then looked back to SnowKit and smiled again.

SnowKit smiled. "Your amazing." she meowed good-naturedly. The small she-kit padded to the entrance of the nursery and looked out. "What's your bother up to now?" she speculated, rolling her eyes at the Romeo.

Before RiverKit even finished speaking, DeadKit's eyes flashed to SnowKit.
"You can be my partner too," He decided, eyes caught on SnowKit's gleaming white fur.
"Both of you."
Maybe I'm biting off more than I can chew?
"And EmptyKit can be the side-kick. Or the villan."

Silverkit's mew came behind Emptykit, "You are no failure." her mew was calm and reassuring.
Riverkit bounced around. "I don't think your a failure Emptykit." She swatted Snowkit's ears and tail.
Redkit yawned. "Whats the hubub about?"
WolfMoon smiled and rested her tail tip on Emptykit's back, "You arn't a failure dear. Failures don't have a future, you do." she mewed reasuringly.

"Oposition!!" DeadKit leaped on RedKit, baby teeth digging into the other kit's ears.
"Begone, foul demon! I won't let you harm these fair ladies today!"
Giving up after a good three seconds, DeadKit dropped off the much bigger RedKit.
Starclan, he couldnt wait to grow a few inches...

FrostKit whom had laid down again in the nursery pricked her ears at the conversation about EmptyKit being a failure. She didn't say anything, but put her head on her paws and listened itently....curiosly

EmptyKit blinked up at the other queen. "Thanks Wolfmoon, but I try to be honest with myself..." he said gently, but firmly, the same determination his mother had, but with a much bleaker look at himself.... "Thanks guys." he smiled at his friends. "Oh and plenty of failures have futures, just look at Temptation, leader of Shadoweded Doom...." everyone knew the stories, she had formed this group because she had failed to make a name for herself any other way, so she went looking for the most powerful, power hungry and blood thirsty cats in the world to back her up....

"We can play Tie-EmptyKit-To-The-Bug-Tree." DeadKit suggested with a sidelong look at his brother.
A Bug Tree was any tree in the territory that had larvae black caterpillars crawling in it's branches.
The fuzzy beasties spun gigantic silk webs in the trees and occasionally crawled down the trunks, onto the heads of any cats stupid enough to end up tied to the tree.

DeadKit wriggled free of SnowKit's grasp and turned to pounce on her.
His pounce wasnt quite high enough and he ended up balencing precariously on the white she-kit's head.
"Yes! Yes I DO want EmptyKit to be an empty-shell-of-a-home for bugs!!" He yowled SnapKit's way.

EmptyKit dislodged BlizzardKit and stood up, facing his sister, tail twitching, ready now..... "You'll never take me alive!" he called with a valian yowl, though it was totally playful.

SnowKit hit the ground and rolled under DeadKit's weight. "If EmptyKit gets tied to the bug tree, then we get to bury DeadKit in a fox's hole." Other than the fact that DeadKit would be trapped in ice and snow in an abandoned fox's hole, foxes are also notoriously smelly.
