Exploring the camp

LionMane smiled dimly, watching the kits. The deputy had just had his mate ripped away from him during the blizzard, and it hurt to watch the kits, knowing that there was a chance he could never have a second litter. He shook his head sadly, but knew he had to keep himself from falling because had many reponsibilites that had to be taken care of, and if he let himself fall now he wouldn't be able to get up.

FrostKit smiled and giggled softly, but shook her head... "I'm not much of a fighter" She explained her tealy blue eyes shining softly in friendliness and somewhat apologetically. "They look like they want to fight though" FrostKit added pointing with her tail toward the three other kits, still with a friendly smile

Jaykit sighed and looked around her face a little less playful as she got up to her paws and walked over to her uncle and deputy, she smiled up at the big ginger cat before sitting down next to him. Her green eyes looking across the clearing; she had the exact same eyes as her aunt Mothflight.

LunarKit bounded over tp his sister FrostKit. "What are we talking about?" He asked, looking from sibling to sibling, eyes wide with wonder.

SnapKit, who also had been watching the kits, shook her head. She was well comfortable in the nursery, hidden from the cold snow. Those kits out there were crazy.
She curled up in a comfortable ball, her fluffy tail curled around her muzzle. Crazy kits, she thought, mentally rolling her eyes.

Blizzardkit bounded into the nuser and saw snapkit curled in the moss"get up and come play"she mewed and then pounced on her

FrostKit watched BlizzardKit run back in and attack SnapKit... "That might not be a good idea... SnapKit doesn't like getting woken up very much" She warned softly though her eyes were shining with amusement now as she waited for SnapKit's response

SnapKit growled a weird kit growl, then snapped at BlizzardKit. She missed, so it was a warning. "Get off me, weirdo!"
Her ears were flattened, and she curled up more tightly, refusing to budge.

"........ah come on it's better to be playing outside then curled up in the nursery all day you grumpy old lump of fur"she growled sitting on top of snapkit starting to claw at her ear until she moved.

SnapKit rolled her eyes and twitched angrily.
"I'd love too, but someone is sitting on me!" she snapped.
Since SnapKit was only skin and bones under her thick fur, plus she was quite tiny, she could hardly do anything more than her usual anger twitches.

"if i get of will you come on?"she asked starting to get off of snapkit

"Fine," she growled.
The fluffy she-kit wiggled away, and then shook her fur like a dog. With unhappy eyes, she waited for whatever BlizzardKit wanted her to do. Probably some stupid game in the snow... She shivered with just the thought of it.

FrostKit couldn't exactly disagree with SnapKit's reaction to going out in the snow... FrostKit herself was still halfway in entrance of the nursery, not really caring much for going completely out of the nursery and into the cold winds that were blowing, if ever so faintly. "I'm surprised you didn't bite her" She mewed, a soft laughter in her voice.

Riverkit looked somewhat sad at the way the kits treated Snapkit. When Snapkit decided to go outside Riverkit followed.

"come on"she mewed padding out of the nursery"you wanna play fight with me and my brothers?"she asked waiting for snapkit at the entrance

At the sight of FrostKit, JayKit, LunarKit, and SnapKit, DeadKit turned to his brother with a dropped jaw.
"We have to get those babes to play!" He paused, knowing they wouldnt want to join a battle game.
"They can be the damsels in distress that I have to save. From you."

[EmberGlow]

SnapKit's eyes nearly fell out of their sockets.
"I am certainly not going to be a damsel in distress!" she spat in disbelief. "No way!"
Yuck, yuck, yuck! she thought as she stepped into the snow, feeling it soak into her fur.

[Willowishness]

"Then you can be my partner, SnapKit." Grin.
"But you have to be in love with me." DeadKit wriggled gleefully, intoxicated by the mere fact that there were so many she-kits surrounding him.

[EmberGlow]

She glared at DeadKit, then at BlizzardKit.
"I'm going back to the Nursery," she snapped. "Psycho kits..." SnapKit muttered as she stalked back to the warm nursery, away from the cold. Ah, no snow. Perfect.

[Willowishness]

"Wait! Dont go! I can change!" DeadKit followed her to the nursery, then stopped outside, as if she'd slammed a door in his face.
He contemplated singing her a love song he'd heard once, but remembered just in time that he was tone deaf.
"Oh well. FrostKit, do YOU want to be my partner?"

[WolfMoon]

Riverkit bounced, "Ill be your partner Deadkit." Shaking her fur and twitching her ears Riverkit bounced around she had so much energy that she could explode into a ton of fur.

FrostKit flicked an ear and couldn't help but send a glare at RiverKit for volunteering herself before she could speak up. She looked at DeadKit with a sort of annoyed expression obviously directed toward RiverKit before shaking her head and disappearing after SnapKit into the nursery, her silvery tail lashing slightly behind her.

Riverkit glared back at Frostkit. Clearly annoyed. Jeeze she just wanted to have some fun. Her anger dissapeared and she returned her normal self, Hyper.

DeadKit was about to propose that they both be his adoring partners, but remembered that she-cats easily got jealous.
Tomorrow, He mentally promised himself, watching FrostKit's tail disappear.
"So. RiverKit. I have a few questions to ask you. As your new partner I need to know these things. How do you feel about gray-furred toms?"
