You dont know how to sugarcoat your words. I'm going to use an overly dramatic example of this.
If you just said to our members,
"You need to modify your bio because you have to add a longer history before it's accepted."
instead of
"I hope you havent roleplayed your cat yet; it's history isnt long enough. And you arent very descriptive either -.- You should just redo your entire bio because none of it is up to our standards."
I'm not saying that you say stuff like the second quote, I'm just saying be careful NOT to say anything like the second one. Be more like the first and less like the second.
Try not to offend people; especailly not Kitty.
And dont be a power hog.
Or super bossy. Do what I do when I enforce the rules: say what they did wrong, then say how they can correct it and even benefit from their mistake.
Remember, this is all corrective criticism. ^.^

we have a lot of people, I did not modify your karma at all, I'm guessing Swift, Storm, Burn, and Destiny all were extremely mad at you.. so I'm guessing it was them... and Karma is a way of kindly expressing your opinion towards someone, so I really can't reprimand them....ehhh but I have to say, we alll hated u... OH and Feather

you bribed Burning to go against me, and started a fight between burning and Storm, storm has wanted to be staff, and has been here a lot longer, and it seemed like you were picking favorites, so everyone was uber mad at you about it.
