This is a random Idea I thought of.
Okay how about for every ten posts they get one karma.
Or they get a karma for niceness.
With that karma they can get a kit from the kit boards or something. It would help the soon-to-be over population of cats that aren't active. So players will only reserve cats that they will rp. Then the staff will take away the karma when they reserve the cat, that'll also put a limit on the litter sorta, like a litter won't have 10 kits since not a lot of people will get the cats.

no. I think thats stupid, no offense, but it is. Kits should be open ot everyone, because they can't make bios on their own. because if some one person rps ok, and is nice, but we forget, and they want a cat? how are they gunna get it? that plan has SOOO many issues built in. Besides, staff could just go give themselves huge amounts of karma and go raid the kits so none were left (Not that anyone would... but its a potential issue)

Work out the bugs and maybe, just maybe, I also think we should make it that there is less mating, like maybe only five litters per group a month, jut an idea...

Yes but staffs are supposed to be responsible enough to not get/give huge amounts of karma. Aren't we. *stares at kitty.*  But i think it would help so that there isn't 10+ kits in a litter because not everyone can even get them if they don't have enough 'points' or something...... |

Lol, Dazzle is Feathery, and we do recognize her, where just all busy...

THere's a rule for no more than 9 kits per litter and for LavenderRose and Axle descendants you can only have up to 3 kits per litter. Staff can have up to 15 but only for a good reason.

not necessarily! your generalizing on a small population!!!!! and sme of those cats you can't do ANYTHING with for a while... unless you RP them going Pee, and RP them hunting and all that over and over again! which is kinda lame.... I mean the peeing part.... but there are some times whe you cannot RP a cat, until its older, or some spans of time when a cat has no use
