NatureClan Massacre

It was the middle of the night... The moon would be high in the sky if the rainclouds didn't cover it and all the stars over. The rain was intense, probably one of the worst rains in awhile. Everynow and then lightning would flash through the sky and light up the area. When that happened two shapes could be seen walking through the Fire Fly Swamp. The largest, but still small, was a very dark silver tabby with dark blue eyes while the smaller was a dark brown and white tabby with chocolate brown eyes. Both she-cats with two long vampiric fangs. They ran through the territory at a quick pace as they were late... it was already Moonhigh and this should have been done earlier in the night, but... things had come up. The little brown tabby almost sunk into the mud on the edge of the swamp sseveral times, but each time the silver tabyy she-cat turned back to help. "Are you SURE you want to do this Shade?" The little brown she-cat panted. "Positive Xena" Shade hissed... they were nearing the camp now.... Shade paused in view of the camp... This was her chance to get revenge... Her sister had left her for these cats and now these cats were going to die. She was eager yet not at the same time... All the voices of AbyssClan that were ringing through her head prodded her on... Pepper's and Rage's loudest of all, but she could hear a very faint call one of pleading to stop and turn around... was it her mother? No! She didn't ever hear her mother... no no no! Shade quickly blocked out that voice. She wasn't going to listen to it. She continued on Xena following silently looking slightly concerned. Shade tried to tell herself that she was just doing this for the Shadowed Doom, but she knew she couldn't fool herself... She was that mad at her sister.... They were at the camp entrance now... There were two guards... obviously miserable. Shade flicked her tail to Xena and Xena dashed off to take out the guard on the left. Within moments they were padding into the camp.... not noise could be heard.
"Arlight Xena, you take the Alchemist den and the leader... I'll get everyone else... and remember... no noise and don't kill everyone... we're just weakening the numbers" Shade instructed and then headed toward the apprentices den... and then the warriors....

The two young assassins met in the middle of the clearing before dashing off... the sun was starting to rise and they were still in the camp.... bad, but they were gone, running across the territory much quicker than the night before. They were just about to step into the rogue territory when a horrified screech hit the still morning air. They smiled slighlty and crossed back into their own territory
~~~~ In the Camp~~~~

Cats were waking up and found their denmates and clan members dead around them... neatly cut... one cut to the throat... There was no scent of an enemy no sign, no anything to show anyone unwanted had been there, yet their friends were dead... the count of the dead totaled to 17(I think)

"WhitePaw!" Came a shrill wail, then more followed as more cats joined in, seeing all the bodies of they're dead and loved ones. LostPaw stood by his white sisters body, eyes glazed over sadly.
"Mother? Mother? Mother!" Came a shrill voice as RockyPaw bounced from den to den, body to body, shadow to shadow. There was no sign of IceFeather. Most likely, she had died in the massacre. The gray and white tom wailed to the sky.

[~*Demon*~]

YarrowRoot stretched (Is PoppyTail his sister? or... another one?) he heard the urgent yowls and stood up exiting the den. "What the..." his voice broke at the bodies he could see.

FalconDive sat, his fur bristling "How could they! WHO DID IT!! I'LL RIP THEIR FUR OFF!!!!!!" he snarled shredding part of a tree with his claws.

ForgivingAngel gasped, tears in her eyes. "Oh... how horrible.." she glanced over the dead apprentices, tears flowing now...

BurntSugar like her mother was gasping in sobs, she had grown up with these cats, they were her friends.

"It has to be the ShadowedDoom..." JagedStrike said sharply. "This is rogue work, no-one else does this cleanly like that...." she snarled. "I want the territory scoured! any clues at all... I will have patrols up double fold, and night guard doubled... every den will have a guard, at the LEAST. No cat goes out alone... and no apprentice goes without a warrior. One warrior per apprentice at all times... we leave camp only as absolutely necessary, for moss, and food." JaggedStrike's mind was whirling at how to deal with this effectively, anger surged through her pelt.

[~Stormy~]

A gray tom bounded out of the apprentices den, walking to his aunt ForgivingAngel and sniffing each body. "But they all have the same scent on them. This is the work of a single cat." StormPaw mewed, sniffing the scent of Shade, a VampireBat descendant.

[Burn]

A black tom woke up with all the crying and yelling, he got up and then saw his sister dead in front of him, "Whitepaw?" he meowed not beliving that she was dead, his voice got more urgent as he walked over to her, "Whitepaw?Whitepaw?" Blackpaw meowed tears in his eyes as he stood over his sister looking at her throat slit open, his green eyes got clouded with tears and he was beginning to cry even harder his shoulder heaving as he looked at his dead sister then buried his noes in her fur, sniffing in her scent as well as soaking her fur. "Why? why you..." He meowed softly his voice cracked with sadness as the tears kept flowing. They were the best of friends and they had to take her away from him... his best friend.... "Whitepaw I'm going to miss you" He meowed like a kit as he kept crying, he wished he would have spent more time with her or been there to help her or at least try... and now she was gone. He sniffed in her scent one more time before just sitting there his tail laid on hers with tears in his eyes.

JaggedStrike looked at StormPaw "oh you think them incapable of sending a single assassin? its what they do, THEY ARE ROGUES." She snapped, she was NOT happy, she had grown up with these cats, and they had been HER responsibility, she had failed. She ran into VioletStar's den, the scent of drying blood assailed her "VIOLETSTAR!" she wailed desperately.

VioletStar had come around by this time and came running out of her den almost running right into JaggedStrike "How many? Who? Any sign?" She asked and then was somewhat dismayed by how many had actually been a victim....

FeatherPaw was looking around her blue eyes wide as she moved toward StormPaw... He was alive so that was great, but so many were dead, including their other sister. "What has happened? Who's done this?" She managed to ask
(I think PoppyTail was somebody else... I can't keep track anymore lol)

[~Stormy~]

StormPaw shrugged with a sigh, crouching by FernPaw's body. His poor sister. "Well, obviously some rogue killed them, but no one knows who just yet." He explained to his sister with a sigh, watching the unmoving bodies.

A small black and white tom woke up at the shrill cries. "Wha-- what's going on?" he mewed. Swiftpaw looked around, then cried out at what he saw. "Whitepaw, NOOOOOOO!" he shrieked, tears falling on her white fur. "WHY YOU??" Swiftpaw sobbed uncontrollably, not taking his eyes off of his dead cousin. "I'M GONNA KILL THEM!"

Scream cried silently as she watched Swiftpaw sob. She padded over to him and pressed her nose to his side. "It will be ok," she whispered, her mew barely audible over Swiftpaw's sobbing. "I am sorry," she sighed, looking up at Blackpaw. She crouched over her sister's unmoving body and pressed her nose into Whitepaw's fur.

[~Stormy~]

"SwiftPaw! I can see whos side of the family is your favorite. You care more that your very own cousin died then your mother!" RockyPaw snarled, making himself stop from yowling. What was even more weird was that IceFeathers body was no where to be found, but he knew she was dead. Some blood that lay on the ground had her scent on it. RockyPaw yowled his sorrows into the air.

Dancer watched in horrer at the dead body of her sister "No this cant be happening!"she sobbed silently. She got up and padded over Seream and Swiftpaw. As she passed Rocky paw she murrmered "Im sorry." she padded to her sisters body and burried her tear streamed face in to the fur of her sister one last time"Im sorry"She murrmered again.
