What is CelestialClan?
CelesitalClan are a group of cats that live on a huge ice plateau that replaced the mountain they used to live on back before StarClan changed the world of cats.
What do Celestial cats look like?
Celestial cats tend to have thick darkly colored fur to draw warmth to them. Thier eyes are dark too, to prevent them from going blind while StarGazing.
What are StarGazers?
StarGazers are cats that have chosen not to be a warrior and train to seek out constelations, paint them on the StarGazer's den's walls, and figure thier meaning.
What do they eat?
Snow white rabbits, arctic birds, an occasional vole or mouse, and bats found in the ice caves along the patch going up to the plateau top where thier camp is.
What are their days, nights, and weather like?
They have frequent blizzards, sleet, hail, and cold weather. They only have one sun-shine day per month, the rest are dark and sunless. Planets, stars, and other celestial lights in the sky are extra-vivid because of this, inspiring both thier clan name and thier StarGazing habits.
Are StarClan's signs different for CelestialClan?
In a way, yes. Thier signs are sent through shapes in melting ice, through odd allignments of the stars, and through the occasional comet or shooting star that the StarGazers happen to notice.
Who are the past leaders of the clan that were important enough to be remembered?
The current Leader is SongStar, a pretty white she-cat.
ThunderStar ruled after that until he was killed.
BlizzardStar was the leader before our current one. He died when a sickness struck because of the bacteria skunks left when they suddenly appeared in CelestialClans' camp.
The leader before BlizzardStar was EclipseStar, BlizzardStar's father. EclipseStar couldnt be in heavy light because of his heat-attracting coat.
Before him was CometStar, not roleplayed by anyone but mentioned in EclipsStar's bio.
Before him was IllusionStar, roleplayed by none other than me, WillowStar. His rule was short, only two moons, and he wasted all but one of his lives away by going into needless war against other clans. He left his clan to rule the Rogues when he was on his last life, but still a very young cat. He didnt even grow up in CelestialClan, but took advantage of weakness when they were struggling through a harsh change of climate.
Before him was GlassStar, not roleplayed by anyone. GlassStar was around when the rabbits' pelts first began to turn white in the cold, rather than thier usual brown.
And before him was VultureStar, back from before the mountain had risen from the moors that were StormClan territory, not roleplayed by anyone.
And in the oldest of the elder's stories, there is OneStar, TallStar, GorseStar, and WindStar, not roleplayed by anyone. Kits often wonder if these cats were only made up in the stories elders pass down from generation to generation.
