StormKit yawned and pushed himself to his paws, padding out into the camp. A bright light made him blink instantly. A white light had reflected into his eyes. When he took a pawstep, he sunk to his belly. He felt cold and white flakes were falling on him. He was confused for a moment until he remembered something he had been told in the nursery before. Snow! And his first snow. Well in this body his first snow. In his past life as StormCloud, he had seen snow only three times in his life time. "Wow!" He mumbled, gazing around the clearing. "This stuff is fantastic!" He purred. The snow made the whole look different. It made it look expanded... prettier. He gazed around, the snow still covering his small gray body, before he backed into the shelter of the nursery and shook the snow off his pelt before sitting to watch the snow fall silently to the ground.

Swiftkit yawned and came to the nursery entrance. "What's fantastic?" he mewed right before he sunk down into the snow also. "Whoa.... it is fantastic.... beautiful even." He purred and looked at Stormkit, narrowing his eyes. He dashed away and threw the best snowball that he as a kit could possibly make at Stormkit, hitting him in the side. "Gotcha!" he purred.

FeatherKit followed SwiftKit out of the nursery looking irritated. "Ewwww... what is this cold wet stuff... make it go away" She hissed fluffing up her thick calico pelt against the cold and wet.... She hated cold... and wet at that.

Dancer padded out of the den to see the snowball hit Stormkit. She giggled and then made a very sloppy snow ball at Swiftkit. Before he could throw one back she darted around him and ran very fast in a circle around the camp she didnt see the large snow drift and ran smack in to it. She jumped very high in to the air and turned around. She stopped under a low branch of a tree. She shook her fur and her tail hit the branch sich had a lot of snow on it. The snow fell down on to her. She let out a squeal and darted back in to the Nursery and shook her fur again. She sat down with a huff.

Swiftkit looked around, confused. Dancer was fast! He giggled and threw a snowball at Featherkit. "Gotcha too!" he purred as it hit her in the side. "Come on! It's fun!" he mewed.
Scream pranced out of the nursery and flopped over into the snow, rolling around. "Wheeeeeeee! Snow!" she purred and threw a snowball at Swiftkit, hitting him in the face. "Play with us, Featherkit! It's a miracle around here!" she mewed. She ran into the nursery and started prodding random kits. "Wake up guys, it's snowing!" she purred.

"Yeah right! I've got things to do... and you two do too as a matter of fact. You two are supposed to be helping me with the elders' not playing in the snow mousebrains" FeatherKit growled, even more so when the snowball hit her in the side and getting wet icy stuff in her pelt. With a hiss she moved off toward the elders' den, but stopped beside her brother to say something.

Dancer Smiled at her sister as she poked the sleeping kits. She jumped up again and raced back in to the snow and hid behind another bank of snow. She watched Swiftkits tail move in the snow and started to ease forward. closer, closer, closer. "GOTTCHA!"she pounced on his tail and rolled over giggling.

(guys im pretty sure that NC doesnt play snowball)
StormKit's expierence was now ruined... He realized with a sigh. "Stop!" He growled. He hated snowball fights. He leapt into the snow and started to trot around in the snow, giggling, his happy bouncy spirit back. "Come on, FeatherKit, it's fun! Try it!"

Swiftkit giggled and rolled over, batting at Dancer with sheathed claws.
Scream bounded out of the nursery in a flash. She ran up to Fatherkit's side. "Ok!" she mewed, going to the elder's den also. "But you should really try it!" she purred.

Dancer padded after Scream. Featherkit was right they should start working.... mabey VioletStar would lift there punnishment if they seemed to be working harder that Featherkit.

FeatherKit rolled her eyes at the two younger kits. "Mousebrains" She muttered again. "Better go StormKit. Have fun with the snow bro" She added cheerily despite the fact that she had to work with two mousebrained kits... She headed after them in a trot making it to the Elder's den before they had even made it halfway across the camp.
WhiteKit groaned as she walked out of the nursery after being woken up unceremoniously by her sister. "What is goin' on?" She asked rubbing one of her paws over her dark blue eys.

Scream rolled her eyes. "Suit yourself!" she giggled and went to take care of the elders. "What should we do first?" she mewed to Dancer.
Swiftkit padded over to Stormkit and trotted around in the snow also.

StormKit watched the two go with a roll of his eyes. He got out of the snow, standing closer to his sister. While he was still out of reach he shook the snow off his fur, knowing she wouldn't like it if he sprayed her with it. "I just HATE snowball fights." He meowed. "Anyway, maybe I can help you today with the elders? I'm bored anyway so theres nothing to do. If it's okay with you I can go ask violetStar about it." That was usual about StormKit. He thought things through before acting, and he was extremly loyal to VioletStar and knew he would always ask her before doing something that she never specified.

"We have to figure out how to get out of here" she whispered to Scream "What if we are not there when Crimson is waiting for us, what will he do? will he just leave and not thik about us again?" She looked at Scream with tears in her eyes " We cant stay here, i makes me sad to see Featherkit make you sad, its not fair what did you do to that mousbrain?"

FeatherKit smiled. "I suppose you could ask, but I don't think it's really necessary, I mean I'm sure she wouldn't care if ya'll helped.... I think she'd be very proud of the clan if the kits started helping the apprentices without being asked to" She meowed as she headed across the camp to the Medicine Cats den to get some mousebile for the elders' ticks.

Scream ran after Featherkit. "Hey, Feather! I could go get mom and uncle SparrowEye, and we could all go hunting together! Just you, me, Dancer, SparrowEye, MagpieTail, and Stormkit and Swiftkit, if they want to come!" she mewed. "What do you say?"

"First of all, thats against the warrior code, so VioletStar would NEVER agree to that. Second of all SparrowEye can't take out that many untrained cats by himself seeing as your mom was demoted. Third of all I want nothing to do with you. And Fourth of all there are other things/ ways to help with the elder's" FeatherKit growled, walking in and grabbing the mousebile covered peice of moss and starting to walk toward the Elders.

Scream sighed and sat down. She had truly been trying to make friends. She rubbed her paw over her eye, trying to stop the tears that were quickly falling on the snow and forming a patch of ice. "Ok..." she mewed and got some mousebile soaked moss and went to the elders also. Then a thought occured to her. It was her idea. Had she been looking for a reason to yell at me? Scream sighed.

FeatherKit helped the other elder with their ticks efficiently before leaving and coming back with some herbs from the medicine cat to give to them. "TarpenLeaf sent ya'll these" She explained sotly
