So Lonely

Magpietail layed in the nursery, watching her kits sleep. Seven beautiful kits she thought. Wow, that's a lot. She looked over at Sparroweye who had barely left her side since her kitting.

"How are you feeling, Magpietail?" he asked her.

"Much better" she mewed back quietly. "Really, if you want to, you can go hunt, or at least go get some sleep."

"No, I'm ok. I just want to make sure you are too. If anything goes wrong wit one of the kits, I'll be able to go and get Tarpenleaf. The kits are beautiful." he said.

"Thank you Sparroweye, for everything." she responded.

Silentkit awoke. She looked around at her sleeping brothers and sisters. Magpietail and Sparroweye were turned away talking a little way off. She prodded Whitekit and Lostkit with her paw. "Come on guys," she whispered. "I'm getting lonely, so let's go hunting!"

^{Gonekit let out a mewl as he felt Lostkit - who was laying practicaly on top of him - be nudged by Silentkit, he looked up at his sister, "What you waking us for, grumpy?"}

"Grumpy? Your're the one who sounds grumpy. Anyways, lets go hunting! I'm bored. And I get lonely. So what are you waiting for? Let's go sleepy heads!" she mewed quietly.

^{Gonekit smiled and slowly stood up, stretching out his legs, "Fine....but I'm tired!" he mewed, looking back longingly at the patch of moss he had just left.}

"Oh, you'll be fine. We can eat before we go. And not so loud!" she flicked her tail towards their mother. "Magpietail might hear us!" she whispered desperately.

^{Gonekit sighed, "Fine!" he mewed, "Woops, I mean....fine" he whispered, crawling out of the nursery.}

"I'll be right there. I just gotta wake up these two." she whispered as she started prodding Lostkit and Whitekit again.

(You can post about eating but I gotta wait until they get on and say they woke up)

^{Gonekit sat by the fresh-kill pile and looked for a mouse to eat, he loved mice. Hwe found one and began eating it, savouring every bite.}

Tinykit yawned and opened her blue eyes. She was bored. When Gonekit went to the freshkill pile Tinykit followed him. "I am so hungry I could eat a whole badger." she mewed taking a mouse.

Well, I might as well take the whole litter hunting she thought as Tinykit padded outside. She started prodding Blackkit and Hushedkit also.

[Burn]

"Leave me alone," Blackkit snapped not lifting his head and he still sounded half asleep. "Go away..." he mummbled, he was obviously not a morning person.

"Oh come on lazy! It'll be fine. If you don't get used to the mornings, you'll never be a warrior like the rest of us!" she teased, hoping that would get him up.

WhiteKit popped her head up from where she had been sleeping beside BlackKit. "We can't go hunting! We're just kits... thats not allowed" She meowed not getting up or even unrolling herself from her little ball of white fluff.

"Oh come on! Am I the only adventurous one in this family?" she mewed desparetly. "If anything bad happens, we'll just kick butt and send the danger running!" she mewed with her chest puffed out and her tail and head held high. She prodded Whitekit again with one paw.

"yeah, good luck with that when it ends up being a badger or something... actually you want get that far because I'll tell mom" WhiteKit meowed confidently... she was the one that stuck to the warrior code and also a tattle tale...

"Ugh! Well, Blackkit, you wanna come or not. Or do you two little babies wanna stay here and roll around balls of moss and listen to the elders yap yap yap on and on and on?" she said. She was good at convincing people, but these two were hard to convince.

Blackkit growled but got to his paw still sleepy. "Fine but if we get in trouble your dead." Blackit stated looking feircly at his sister. His dark blue eyes turning cold.

"I promise we'll have fun!" she mewed. "So, are you coming too, Whitekit?"

[Burn]

'Comon Whitekit, don't you wanna have fun?" Blackit meowed trying to convince her to go with them since it would be not as fun without her.

"That's the spirit Blackkit!" Silentkit mewed happily.

"No, I'M not gonna get in trouble and become crowfood, which is what ya'll are gonna be when I tell mom and Uncle SparrowEye" She meowed with confidence... She had them cornered per se

"Wow...." Silentkit's voice trailed off. Normally, Whitekit and Blackkit went everywhere together! What was happening? "Are you sure? " she mewed uncertainly. She straighened up and fluffed out her fur, "Well, if you're not coming, then we'll just get out of here so fast that you can't tell on us! You look after Lostkit and Hushedkit. Come on, Blackkit!" she mewed. "She raced outside into the clearing. "Come on guys, Blackkit's coming, and we'll leave after he gets out." she snatched up a magpie and started quickly gnawing on it.

WhiteKit immediately frowned.... she didn't like being away from BlackKit. She sat down just inside the nursery entrance looking out at her siblings. If BlackKit went than she'd charge after him, but she didn't really want to go... didn't want to get in trouble, but she didn't want to be left alone either....

Silentkit gobbled down the last of her magpie. She ran back to the nursery. "So," she looked down at Whitekit,"last chance, are you coming or not?"
