BoneTail gulped as he padded into the Forest of Love and looked around nervously. He hoped MothFlight showed up, since he wanted to talk to her. He hoped some other she cat didn't since he had already devoted himself to the deputy. The brown tabby sat down in the middle of the clearing while snow began to fall. At first it wasn't much but then it became colder. BoneTail sighed nad heaved himself to his paws and padded into a hollow tree den like. It was warm and actually comfortable. The brown tabby sat down and looked outside the trunk, seeing a form shape.

A brown tabby padded in her fur smelling sweet of flowers; though she looked a little stressed out of course this was Mothflight trying to get away from her tons of duties as a part time leader now that Songstar was sick. She smiled sweetly at Bonetail her green eyes sparkling. “Hello Bonetail” Mothflight meowed as she padded up to him, she always felt comfortable around the tom.

BoneTail got to his paws and ducked out of the tree trunk. "Hey MothFlight." He purred with a handsome smile. "Too many duties?" He cocked his head to the side. "Well anyway, since it's snowing let's just go inside." He turned and his brown pelt disappeared into the tree trunk. It looked as if he walked through the tree but if anyone else got close enough he was inside a hole in a the tree. He sat down on one side of the tree, curling his tail around his paws. "So how have you been?" He meowed as he waited for MothFlight to come into the tree.

Mothflight followed Bonetail into the tree trunk and jumped through the hole in the tree trunk gracefully and landed inside. It was warmer inside the tree trunk and Mothflight sighed and looked at Bonetail “I’ve been good… stressed but good.” Mothflight meowed with a small shiver as a cold breeze swept in from the hole in the trunk.

BoneTail had a thick pelt, so he wasn't as cold. But he saw MothFlight shivered and wanted of course only to comfort her, since he had loved her since apprenticehood. He got to his paws. "Stay here." He meowed and leapt out, jumping down to the ground. He looked around, puzzled as to what to use for his idea. He got many plants that were filled with juice and padded into the hole, setting them down. Then he disappeared out the hole again and got many stripes of bark and leapt back up. He smield to Mothflight before squeezing the juices of the plants onto the back and plastering them on the wall so it blocked the hole and kept out the cold. "There. It'll be easy to dislodge too." He meowed, sitting back down.

Mothflight visibly melted at how sweet Bonetail was, “How sweet,” Mothflight meowed and felt the den get warmer without the wind sweeping in “It’s so much warmer now” Mothflight meowed looking into his eyes. She could not resist a sweet tom like him. She was finally starting to feel less stressed already.

BoneTail smiled, watching MothFlight. "So, without getting stressed," He said with a humerous grin. "What are you so stressed about. Like what's on your plte? Maybe I can help with something." He cocked his head to the side, curling his skinny tail around his paws. He was sitting across from MothFlight in the tree-den that was now warm.

Mothflight looked at him and laughed a sweet laugh “Well first there is Lionmane we’ve umm been fighting lately about some things, then there is all these duties and last but not least I’ve been worried about Songstar and her illness” Mothflight meowed with a big sigh. She was glad Bonetail had time to listen to her and let her pour her troubles on him.

BoneTail nodded. "Do you think you're ready for being a leader?" He cocked his head to the side, never taking his forest green gaze off of her. "And you and LionMane? I thought you two were close?" He meowed, his eyes filled with curiousity.

“If it comes down to it then yes, Yes Lionmane and I are close… we just get into squabbles sometimes that’s all” Mothflight meowed her light green eyes sparkling nervously with the thought of becoming a leader. “I can’t wait until Wolfmoon has her kits then I’ll be a aunt” Mothflight meowed sweetly thinking about Wolfmoon and Endlesssteps.

"But you already are an aunt? ForeverHope had her kits a long time ago..." He meowed, then batted her ears affectionatly. "Too many leader duties, huh?" He purred jokingly.

“Yeah I think so…” Mothflight meowed with a goofy smile, “See what I mean stressed!” Mothflight meowed with a lot of sarcasm in her voice as she laughed and batted him back, “Lizardkit looks just like Lionmane I’m interested to see if he will act like him too…” Mothflight meowed with another laugh. She could always laugh around Bonetail he just had that energy.

“Good I guess” Mothflight meowed looking at her paws starting to feel not quite sure herself because Lionmane was always saying I’m the outcast and such. She worried about him sometimes.

BoneTail nodded and looked around the cozy den. "So....what now?" He meowed, cocking his head, looking back to MothFlight. He felt bad for the she cat with all the problems she had going on.

Before Mothflight could reply she heard a rustle of dead leaves inside the tree trunk, and then it got louder until she could see it A MOUSE. Mothflight’s mouth watered since she had not eaten since the night before.

BoneTail pricked his ears, now hearing the mouse, and another as well. She followed the noise and the mouthwaterng scent to find three mice in a pile of dead leaves. He scattered the dead leaves, making the three mice scatter about the trunk. It was easy to catch since all her had to do was push his paw down on one and snap it's neck. "Easy enough." He purred, and let MothFlight catch her own, knowing she would probably want to be a bit independant.

Mothflight droped into a crouch and pounced on one of the two mice that was left and snapped it's neak just like Bonetail. "Too easy for my taste!" Mothflight meowed as she looked at the mouse she had caught. They were both used to running around in the snow chasing stupid rabbits.

BoneTail shrugged. "Yeah, but at least we got to relax." He suggested, while killing the last mouse and set it aside. He had a plan for that. "Cheers," He purred before taking a bite of the plump mouse and chewing slowly, not wanting to look like a pig.

“Cheers” Mothflight meowed and picked up her mouse and sat down by him. She laid down the mouse in front of her paws and began to eat savoring the meal. “So I have not got a chance to ask you but how have YOU been?” Mothflight asked looking at him curiously.

BoneTail nodded. "Yep. I'm an uncle, since SharpDagger is having kits..." He meowed, thinking. "But other then that pretty normal, unlike you." He purred. "So what about your family? With all the new kits? Like all the neices and nephews and new brothers and sisters? How's that going?" He titled his ehad to the side.

"it's hectic yah know? Endlessstep is going to be a father, Lionmane already is one..." Mothflight meowed then trailed off thinking about how lucky they were to be in love and have a mate and what not. She thought it was un fair that they had all that while she was stuck with being a deputy and having all these duties but she liked it but it was not fair that she was stuck worrying about everyone instead of worrying about herself.

BoneTail watched her face, guessing what she was thinking. "So, I'm guessing theres some tom out there that you want, huh?" He meowed, thinking that she liked someone else.
