Scorch looked up as all the other cats in the Prisoner Mansion were escorted out of the place for training. He watched them go not sure if he would have wanted to go or not if he hadn't been in this condition. He stretched out ignoring the stinging pain of his many precise wounds. His brown eyes flickered toward Rhymes... the guard and only other cat in the area with him. Normally that would not phase him, but this time was different.... This time he was alone, for once in his short life, he'd never been alone before, but now he was... Scorch looked around for something to do... It hurt to much to do any moving type fun, and what could you do when you're limited to laying down? He let out a great sigh and closed his eyes hoping sleep would stop his boredom...

Rhymes yawned, then stiffened. Light pawsteps. He looked at the only entrance, which is also the only exit of the small room.
"Yo," he said uneasily as Dew/Vampirebat walked in.
The small she-kit looked around, then spotted ScorchKit. She smiled widely. "Can we switch roles, Rhymes?" she asked sweetly, blinking of at him.
Rhymes nodded, falling for the kit's charm. "Sure... though I have orders that he must be kept alive..." he warned...
"Yeah, yeah. I know. Don't worry."
"Ok."
He walked out, looking over his shoulder just once, and closed the door.
VampireBat beamed at ScorchKit. "How ya doin?"
It was crazy how much VampireBat sounded like Dew. Only in a happier and a more sinister way. Dew was almost never happy, and certainly not sinister.

Scorch narrowed his eyes into slits as VampireBat/Dew walked in. He didn't even bother to respond and just closed his eyes, at least he might not see death coming and hopefully it'd be over quickly... if not... oh well I suppose. "What do you want?" He did growl deciding that he did need something to do in the boring cave until death did approach.

She sat down in front of them, still smiling sweetly. "Nothing. Just giving ol' Rhymes a break," she mewed softly, and tilted her head in an adorable way. "You're very cute, you know. Too bad I ruined that pelt of yours. Don't eorry, it will grow back." She giggled.

Scorch looked confused.... Something strange was going on here.... and he wasn't fond of out of the ordinary things. He shook his head deciding that he was just hearing things... or imagining things which ever way you want to put it. He took a step back though and just muttered an "Oh"

She seemed disappointed. That was all he was going to say. Anger ripped through her, sending violent shivers up her back. Before realizing what she had done, VampireBat had slapped ScorchKit across the face. She giggled innocently.

Scorch growled "Back off" He hissed shaking his head and taking more steps back.... Nope this wasn't what he had expected... He took as many steps as possible to get away from VampireBat/Dew whoever it was.

VampireBat looked hurt. "Don't go," she pleaded, her eyes widening in a Lithy-like way. Now that we're at it, Dew's body looked a lot like a mix of Lithy's and Keiko's

(Well.. I had thought of that... but then I was like "No Ember wouldn't do that to my poor kitty" so by the time supper was over I'd talked myself out of it... but obviously.... all well poor Scorchy)
Scorch shook his head and continued backing away his eyes widened. He was so intent on VampireBat/Dew(who is it goshdangit) that he tripped over whatever was behind him and landed on his back. He flipped over quickly "Who are you?" He growled now that he was up against the wall.

She rolled her eyes, stepping forward. "I though you were more clever than that, handsome. I'm VampireBat, of course. That's one of the reasons I'm here, to explain," she meowed, smiling sweetly again.

Scorch narrowed his eyes... "That doesn't make any sense at all" He pointed out now sitting down against the wall as there was nothing else for him to do, but watch the cat come forward.

Scorch looked even more confused... poor cat... he never was good with girls... they were too unpredictable for him who hated surprises. "I was pretty sure in the stories that VampireBat was a dude" He then stated bluntly

Scorch glared again "Back away from me cat. You're not Dew!" He hissed "Rhymes!" He yowled hopefully making a dash for the exit yelling all the way, hoping Rhymes was still around.

VampireBat sat down, too. "I want you to listen. I like you. A lot. I have a little bit of Dew in me, so also her feelings about you, I guess. I'm not exactly VampireBat. I'm a she-kit with his ambitions, his thoughts, all as my own. So I also am VampireBat."

She slapped him again, only this time with her claws unsheathed.
Stop that, she high and clear voice ordered in her head.
VampireBat nearly fell over. A voice? Whaaat? How? The assassin was puzzled. What was happening? She felt as if someone was taking half the space in her mind.

Scorch fell over with the power of the blow, but was on his feet again pretty quickly. He was quite confused when VampireDew person seemed to be having an inner battle. He took several steps to the side putting more distance between himself and the assassin, watching intently and ignoring the pain on the side of his face now

Can't you just leave? Don't you see you're hurting him? If you really do love him, you'd never hurt him. It's not a good way to show a tom you like him. Honestly, you don't know much about guys and---

Scorch jumped at the sudden out burst "Great she's going crazy now... just what I need. A crazy cat after me" He muttered ever so softly, now held in place by curiousity.
