She turned her panic-struck eyes on ScorchKit. Her mouth fell open as if she was trying to say something. With a brief and quick look at IceFeather, DewKit got to her paws and ran off in the trees, toward the border.
((Swuft, she's gonna get kidnapped by Eon. Would you like ScorchKit to follow her and be kidnapped, too? It'd be kewl... They'll end up in the meeting with the 'new Alliance'. Funny and scary. Watcha think?))

ScorchKit stared after DewKit for a second quite confused before dashing off after the she-cat. "Wait DewKit! Where're you goin'?" He called as he charged after her.... slowly... very slowly catching up to her.

"Go away! Go away!" she shouted, crying. She tried to go faster, but the sobs and shivers slowed her down. Close to the border she froze, because VampireBat started laughing.
Run, little mouse... run... But it's too late now.... and for you friend, too... a little snack...
"No, ScorchKit! Run back now!"
But it was two late, as two cats now circled the kits. Eon and her brother Bats...
"What do we have here? Two kittens breaking the warrior code." She chuckled darkly. "Well, well, well... Aren't we lucky? Just the ones we were looking for..."
Both didn't know the tom kit wasn't related to VampireBat. In their heads, they were the assassin's last kits.

ScorchKit hissed at the two cats "Back off" He snarled putting himself between the two cats and DewKit her white and tabby pelt fluffing out. He knew it was hopeless, but well.... just maybe... then again maybe not "DewKit run back" He hissed even though he knew she wouldn't be able to get away even if she obeyed him... which she wouldn't.

He was right, since she was so scared she was frozen into place. DewKit started crying again, totally vulnerable.
"Oh, kitty-kitty is trying to be brave... How cute! Protecting his little sister in distress..."
Eon laughed darkly again.
"Take the tom, Bats. I'll take the she-cat."
And she pounced.
Not even two seconds passed before they were gone, the kits kidnapped...

IceFeather leapt to her paws and raced in pursuit after the two, but became exhausted and passed the border. She panted and turned stepping back. She stood for little over 15 seconds before racing through the forest again towards camp.
