I need some kitties dead too. Ive got sooo many. But theyre all my favorites, and ive just been waiting for one of my natureClanners to have kits so i can reincarnate StormCloud...

Do i need permission to reincarnate? If so I'll go around asking a lot LOL

If the reincarnated cat is yours, then no. As long that cat doesn't get any super powers, if he/she does, then you have to ask either Kitty or Snowy. EmberGlow was reincarnated when I was still an ordinary member, not a half-staff like I'm now. ^^
