Lostkit paced back in forth in the nursery, her mind just couldn't wrap itself around the whole idea. The idea where her mother had left them in the care of Speckledglass, and Bronzecloud. Why would she leave? Why wouldn't she take us with her? She pondered. Is she ashamed of us? Because of what that cat did, is she making us pay the price? She thought, she was beginning to get frustrated.
She shook her head, as if to clear her thoughts. Lostkit was the shekit who looked out for her siblings. She would slice and dice any cat who tried to mess with her or her family. She began to flex her claws on the soft moss, she needed to cool down.

Lostkit looked at Amberkit, she couldn't lie to her. "No, I'm not alright... I'm so confused and lost." She confessed. It irritated her that something like this made her irritated, she clawed the ground once more and let out a sharp hiss.

"My mother." She confirmed, "Just everything is so FRUSTRATING." She flicked her ears, "Why would she leave her kits behind? Do we mean nothign to her? I know we weren't suppose to be made with the other tom, I get that, but Why abandon us? Does she care to think that maybe we need our mother?" The questions just kept bubbling over, Lostkit took a deep breath.

"I personally don't know the answers to any of those questions unfortunatlly, but I'm sure she had reasons that cats around here know. If you really want to we could ask around, but I'm sure she cares about you and your siblings. Perhaps she'll stop by sometime" Amberkit suggested hopefully

BloodKit sighed "LostKit, think about it, Ma loved this clan, we know this...... Ma isn't related to the Main Family, the Lavy whatever it is family, you know, SpeckledGlass's family? So, neither is CrestedHope, she was doing what she could to help the clan wasn't she? leavng us? to help with the prevention of Inbreeding?"

Lostkit looked at her sister doubtably, "I suppose that could be a possibility." She shook her head, "I'm just venting, I'm sure she knew what she was doing. Perhaps one of these days I'll go and talk to her." She meowed then her eyes suddenly widened, "Hey, where's teh rest of our siblings?"

Amberkit shrugged her tail drooping a bit. "Sorry I couldn't help, but I think they're all over there." Amberkit meowed pointing with her tail.
As she spoke Fallingkit came out from around another nest padding slowly toward his two sisters.

Lostkit searched thr area and saw each of her siblings. She sighed in relief, "Thanks, Amberkit." She meowed to her friend, "And don't worry about it. Like I said I was just venting." She smiled at that.

"Amberkit, Lostkit" Fallingkit meowed quietly, sitting down nearby "What's going on over here?" He asked his tail tip twitching

"Oh thanks, don't even mention me.." BLoodKit said darkly "you know, I'm just the black kit with red ears nose and eyes... nobody needs to say hi to me..for all we know, I'm not even related!" she said sulking off

Lostkit glared at Fallenkit, "You happy?" She snapped, then walked over to follow Bloodkit. Her tail twitching irriatably.

BloodKit hissed at LostKit her eyes flashing dangerously her small red claws dug into the ground she she curled into her corner glaring at them.

Fallingkit looked at Lostkit and Bloodkit with wide surprised eyes. "I didn't see her" was all he muttered before padding away from both his siblings and curled up.
