"And you think I have a personality disorder..." She meowed quietly, some humor were behind her sadened voice. "You see that there clusters of stars?" She suddenly meowed, her tail flicking up at the deep indigo sky.

[Willowishness]

((He never said the thing about her having a personality disorder out loud. But whatev.))


"Yea?" Panik looked up.

"That's my family. That star that glows brightly, that's me. Then the closest two stars are Betrayal and Vengeance. The third star, that seems to have moved farther, that's Deception. Then that star that's drifting farther and farther away, that's Mayhem. All those stars used to be tight and close, but now they're going all directions. They represent certain family members. But one thing I cant' figure out." She meowed and stole a glance at the tom. "That star over there. Its been getting closer and closer, me. I know it represents something...but i'm not sure what." She meowed.

[Willowishness]

"What if it's another lover? Another tom that's going to take the place of the drifting one?" Panik was always very blunt.

"Thanks ole' wise one. I figured that much out, now I just got to find out who it is." She meowed, as she gazed up.

[Willowishness]

Panik chuckled at her sarcasm.
"What if it's me?" He asked, glancing uncertainly at her eyes. He wouldnt mind getting closer to the pretty white she-cat.


((What is he thinking? 0.0 I always listen to the character's voice in my head, but I think he partied too much last night. He'd never do this regularly.))

Eternity's eyes widened in surprise, "I-I don't know." She meowed, her gaze was locked with that of Panik's. Her eyes were swirling with emotion, love. Confusion. Adoration.

[Willowishness]

Panik chuckled again, but it was a more unsure laugh. Almost like he was using it to hide his own confusion.
What in the world was he getting himself into?
"Would that be okay with you if it is me?" In his own way, he was asking her if she could ever like him like that.

She pondered for a moment, "Yes." She breathed. "I would be okay if it was you. Moving closer." She gave his ears an uncertain lick, "Although I'll warn you. my heart can't take another break." She cautioned.

[Willowishness]

He paused for a moment, looking into her eyes, then he returned the lick...

Her ears flicked, "Have you ever felt like this before?"

[Willowishness]

"No," He confessed.
Panik was a very young cat, two or three moons younger than Eternity. It was unlikely that he would have a mate so early.

She nodded. "It's a good emotion." She meowed.
Until it gets ripped out with out you even knowing what hit you. She reminded herself bitterly.

[Willowishness]

Panik caught the bitterness that entered her eyes.
If Mayhem ever came back to the caverns while Panik was around, he'd kill him. The gray cat's eyes narrowed sharply. It didnt matter that Mayhem was kin. He needed to pay for causing Eternity this much pain without a backwards glance.

((And thus, a grudge was born.))

Eternity layed her head against Panik's flank, a sweet purr rumbling from her chest. She was trying to soothe Panik... and herself for that matter.

The tom leaned his head to the side, lightly resting his cheek on her shoulder. He was still looking up at the stars...
