MudDog stomach gave a squeeze as ShadowedStorm turned up. He hadn't noticed him. And he didn't particularly want the deputy to find out that he had asked IrishKit to help out with the kits...it's not something often done. The brown medicine cat looked the deputy in the eyes and didn't say anything, waiting for his response. For DarkLight's sake wasn't relay the reason he had asked IrishKit to watch out for the kits...
