StormShadow had just finished meeting with the rogue, Vitalany. She had both mother and father from NatureClan, so he thought that made it better, he didn't feel as guilt ridden as usual. When he heard a twig crack behind him, he jumped and whirled around bristling. Had he been caught? If he did, by how? Hopefully not any of the warriors, or VioletStar! Or JaggedStrike! That would be terrible. He swallowed nervously as he waited for a cat to show themselves.

FeatherNight stepped out from behind the tree with a curious expression on her face. "Why're you so jumpy?" She asked almost giggling and then she smelled the rogue that wafted off his pelt... a she-cat rogue.... That made her slightly suspicious "Errrr... where have you been bro?" She asked awkwardly... surprisingly there was no accusation, just plain curiousity

"Uh, just training." StormShadow lied. He cursed himself silently. He hadn't had enough time to roll in something to get the scent off. His fib was poor, but it was the only he could come up with while in the Vine Hollow.

FeatherNight rolled her eyes and smacked her brother over the head a couple of times...
Sometimes guys can be complete idiots She thought "Look StormShadow don't be trying that when you smell of rogue, quite plainly I might add" She meowed waiting for the truthful explanation. Her blue eyes were narrowed at StormShadow while her fluffy tail waved slightly behind her.

StormShadow shook his head, surprised by the blows, but yet not.
"Why should you care?" He growled, trying to get her to say nevermind. He guessed, being as stubborn as she was, she wouldn't let it go.

Of course StormShadow had that last part right, she wasn't gonna give it up unitl he told her the truth. "Because you're my brother and my only other siblings alive at this point... Even out of our parents" She replied matter-of-factly as if that was completely obvious.
"You know quite frankly I don't care the you've been doing but since you're making such a big deal out of it I'm not gonna let you leave this spot until you tell me the truth" She continued her oice full of determination.

StormShadow sighed. He couldn't resist her points. Why does she have to be so persuasive?! He thought with frustration. "So maybe I've been meeting a rogue. There's nothing wrong with it!" Already, he was defending himself before she had been able to make an offensive point.

"Okay" FeatherNight replied satisfied with the answer. "Who 'tis it be? Anyone I know? Is she pretty? Is she gonna come visit anytime soon?" She asked berrating her brother with questions over the she-cat... If this relationship worked out then FeatherNight would finally have a sister like person in her life that she could actually talk girl talk with... Yeah StormShadow was pretty good for a guy and all but sometimes a girl needs a girl

StormShadow sighed in relief. Her reaction wasn't what he had expected. "You probably know her. SugarStorm and NarrowRiver's daughter." He grinned, SugarStorm and NarrowRiver were both well known NatureClanners. "And if you slow your questions down I can actually answer them.

Well technically I didn't even know they had a daughter but yes, I'll quit talking and let you answer the questions" FeatherNight replied nodding and then sitting silently looking at StormShadow for the answers to her previous questions

StormShadow felt his fur grow hot as he adressed another of her questions. "Yes, she's very pretty. Black and white. I don't know about visiting." He moved on to her next questions. "She hasn't told me for sure." He sat down infront of his sister. "Alright, next question."

FeatherNight laughed at her brothers reaction and she somewhat sympathized with him... usually only girls get into conversation like these but StormShadow was like the best brother ever and tried to keep FeatherNight in a good mood. "Well, what is her name?" She asked about as soon as StormShadow quit talking

"Vitalany. Hard to remember but once you got it it's very easy." StormShadow meowed. The name was actually out of the ordinary, but he liked it. Every time he heard he felt happier. He wondered if that was bad.

"Vitalany eh? It's a pretty name... What does she do at the rogues? Like which kind of rogue is she? And whats her profession? Or is it just a rumor that rogues had certain professions such as assaissins, fighters, and spys... I think that is what they're called" FeatherNight continued her questions giving StormShadow a grateful glance

StormShadow returned the look. He was happy that she didn't freak, and that she wouldn't tell. He didn't have to ask her to anyway, he knew she wouldn't. "Well, she's a Stone Alley Rogue... I think. She's a spy. So no it's not a rumor." He smiled to her, playful and understanding. If the situation was reversed and FeatherNight was meeting rogues, he'd want to know just as much.

"So I'm going to guess she's one of the more peaceful sorta rogues if she's a spy... They tend not to get into fights much, again a guess. So how did you run into her?" FeatherNight continued with more enthusiasm... She was already deciding on when she was gonna make StormShadow take her to meet his girlfriend... Vitalany sounded cool

StormShadow nodded with a smile, remembering her easily. "Yeah, she's peaceful... as far as I know." His eyes shone with mischief. "Found her trapped by some insane assassin and got her out." He smiled, proud of himself for saving a distressed she cat.

StormShadow blinked and shrugged. "Depends. She might still be in the territory. We can try to catch her." He suggested. He actually guessed that FeatherNight and Vitalany would get along. He hoped they would.

FeatherNight thought about it for a moment but upon looking up at the sky she thought against it. "No, I think we should be heading back to camp.... I mean you've definetely been gone awhile so they'll start to get suspicious. Plus I have to lead a hunting patrol at SunHigh" She finsihed looking a bit disappointed that she wouldn't get to meet Vitalany today but promised herself that she would soon. "Oh and you better get rid of her scent" She added giggling again.

StormShadow nodded. He hadn't forgotten yet. "That's true." He meowed as he padded over to a meadow full of flowers and wrinkled his nose before rolling around in the flowers. After he was done, he smelled feminine. "Yuck. I hate that." He shook his head.

FeatherNight just laughed at him. "Thats what you get I guess" She meowed teasingly. "At least you don't smell bad and you'll surely attract all the young she-cats to you... though to the guys i suppose they'd think you must be desperate" She laughed again and started walking slowly...very slowly back toward camp

StormShadow's tail flicked, wanting to say something but letting it go and trotted after her. "Oh well." He meowed, slowing to her pace so he could walk beside, lost for another subject of conversation.

StormShadow blinked and rolled his eyes. "How do you know all this stuff?" He muttered under his breath, though it was only a retorical question. "I don't need any more she cats after me." He meowed. He obviously wanted to stay loyal to one she cat at a time.
