(ok this takes place after the Shadowed Doom prisoners are released because I'm very impatient LOL)

A dappled she cat padded into the Forest of Love for a seciond time and gazed around the clearing. DappledPaw sat down, her deep green eyes scanning the clearing. She sat bored and looked around again, pricking her ears. She licked her paw bored. She was still hurt as to the many things going on with her mother, her sister, her love life. So many things. Here she just wanted to pretend it never happened, just for a while. Just release her burdens. She pawed at the grass as she heard pawsteps.

(Well anyone can actually post here as long as Swift comes in SOMETIME)

A yougn she-cat silently jumped down from a tree, landing gracefully on all fours. She was small, just past kithood, had silken raven black fur with clear blue eyes.

She tilted her head to one side.
"Hi, who are you?"

DappledPaw looked to the she cat. "DappledPaw..." She meowed, looking at the she cat. Hse'd never seen her before... "Who are you?" she asked, licking on paw, then when finishing licking another before putting her paws down and curling her tail around her.

"I'm Sayuri," she said in her little soprano voice, smiling kindly.
The little she-cat sat down, her eyes a little brighter now that she knows the other cat's name. "Met any tom yet?"
Without noticing, her little paws started drumming the ground. The music was quiet, a little happy tune in the background. It very good, too.

DappeldPaw's eyes became pools of sadness as she looked at the ground. "before I did...." She murmured, thinking of SunPaw. "But he doesn't like me.... never will either..." She fought back tears and looked back to Sayuri with a shrug. "trying to get over it and stuff....."

[EmberGlow]

"Oh."
Her happy expression crumbled. "There's more than one choice out there, Dappled. Helios isn't the only one. I know how handsome and gentle and everything he is... but maybe he isn't as nice as he seems to be," she said, her voice lowering into a warning. Those words sounded very prophetic... "The apple never falls far from the tree."
Everyone who knew SunPaw and Lethe knew their father was a very bad cat... A killer, and leader gone bad, who brought a civilization to it's end because of his own pride and ambition.

[~Stormy~]

DappledPaw rolled her eyes. "Really? I hadn't noticed by the way he came here with me, promised he'd help me find my mother, and end with up my backstabbing, self centered, egotistic sister!" She said, her voice lathered in anger. "DawnPaw told me she hadn't picked, then left me in the Shadowed Doom to 'do what she had to do'." She mimicked DawnPaw in a high voice. "So she lied to me and probably left me so she could spend time with her precious." she rolled her green eyes again.

(Now maybe u know why I'm pissed)

Sayuri nodded once, raising her brows, and mouthed a 'oh'.
"Maybe," she started. "Maybe faith played a role in there."
The small black she-cat got up. She smiled one last time.
...Then, she turned around and padded away...

"Everything happens for a reason, DappledLeaf, daughter of Moth and Flames...." her voice echoed in the shadows..

DawnPaw jumped down from a tree branch just a little ways away from DappledPaw. Her eyes were a deep blue and full of confusion... she'd obviously heard what DappledPaw had said just a few moments before.

[~Stormy~]

"Dappled...Leaf?" She blinked, utterly confused. "How do you know my warrior name?!" She tried to follow the she cat, but she had disappeared completely, leaving Dappeldpaw left along and confused. "How'd she know my parents?" She blinked and sat down, gazing into space not noticing anything around her.

"Maybe she's a spy" DawnPaw meowed picking the most obvious choice that would possibly know all the information. She sat down far away from her sister, her expression guarded.

[~Stormy~]

"Too bad she's not a rogue." DappledPaw snapped at her sister, not taking her eyes off the ground, even though she had to fight to keep them on the ground. "Why are you here? Meeting SunPaw I'm guessing?"

[$~Swifty~$]

DawnPaw rolled her eyes. "Why you think that?" She asked not looking at her sister either, her tone obviously showing she's carefully controlling the anger welled up inside her for her sisters accusations.

[~Stormy~]

DappledPaw shrugged off her answer. "Never mind..." She sighed. "It doesn't matter anyway, whoever you choose to be with in life will be gone one day or another." She sighed with another lift of her shoulders in a shrug. "But I've got a favor to ask..." She meowed, finally looking up at DawnPaw. Her look probably would have surprised, her eyes were their normal green sparkles and her face was happy.

DawnPaw not see easily sobered from her anger took a deep breath, and stayed in control for the time. "What do you want" She asked her voice icy. She was mad at her sister now... after all she went through to save her and all from the group of cats, this was how she was treated... not even a thank you.

[~Stormy~]

And there was a reason DappledPaw had put off her thankyou as well. "Next time, you get to be the helpless dame and I got to save you." She purred. ignoring ehr sisters hostility and padding over. "Thanks DawnPaw. For everything really. Comfort, shoulder to cry on, saving me, letting me rant, everything." She smiled and batted her sisters ear playfully.

(Well, that is totally unexpected... one minute she hates me and the next she's thanking me and all....)

"First of all, I'm never gonna be the damsel in distress, sorry, but that ain't high on my list. Second of all I suppose you're welcome, though I should claw your ears off, but I'll let you slide this time.... Next time though...." DawnPaw trailed off, relatively embarressed now.

DappledPaw sighed and gave a dry look. I open up and of course she's still hostile DappledPaw sighed again. "Nevermind..." She mumbled quietly and turned, going back to her spot and sitting without another word. Because I'm the only one who did something wrong She rolled her eyes. Why do I even try...? She curled her tail around her paws.

(She wasn't being hostile... just DawnPaw... thats about as nice DawnPaw can get so Dappled should know that, but whatev XD)

DawnPaw shrugged and just disappeared into the bushes "I'll see you back at camp when you're done here" She called over her shoulder.

(lol I know but she was hoping of more then: 'I should claw your ear off' after putting out so much XD)

DappledPaw sighed and waved her tail to her sister. At least maybe they could talk now. Alone once again, DappledPaw sharpened her claws on a tree then sat absent mindily and stared into space. Her mind traveled back to Sayuri... how did the she cat know her wariror name? No one knew warrior names until the ceremonies right? Everything was all so confusing to the small dappled she cat now.

BlazePaw walked uncertainly into the clearing where DappledPaw was sitting. He'd just came from camp, and had met DawnPaw on the way out, just a few tail lengths away from this clearing. BlazePaw had always had a crush on DappledPaw, but never said anything, except to EternalPaw, who'd never say a word to anyone but BlazePaw. That's partly the reason he went with DawnPaw and SunPaw when they had planned to escape and save DawnPaw's sister. He waved his tail nervously at DappledPaw now.

DappledPaw gave a warm smile to the tom and got to her paws, bounding closer. "Hey BlazePaw!" She meowed, still full of energy, like usual, even though she had been through so much. "Well, I already said this to DawnPaw a few seconds again, but thanks for saving me, too! Would've died if you guys didn't help me." She smiled brightly, her eyes gleaming with a sparkling light as if sun reflected off of them and made them pools of green water, but not murky water, green waters, just as pretty as blue would be.
