"Good point.." she stopped licking her chest and sighed. "I can chase rabbits down on the snow, dig for vole sin the snow, and I can't catch a stinking toad..... how horrid am I?" she asked getting up to sniff the air for prey.

"Mmmmmm" he meowed about to say something, but stopped as he caught sight of another toad to his left. He crept forward a bit until he was close enough and pounced before it got far at all.

BlackAbyss growled. "I even TRY to sneak up on them and they go hippity hopping away."s he said in her normal angry BlackAbyss-ish voice. A human would have put their hand to their head in a gun shape at this point....she crept along the ground after a watervole, and launched catching it. "I can catch the rare watervoles though." she said with a grin.

"Well, they taste better than frogs. Frogs are really slow though so if you can cut them off from the water or swampy area where they like to hide, its a bit easier to catch them" He meowed

"Oh.... and there is a NON watery area in this place?!" BlackAbyss asked with a grin. sniffing around for more prey... she spotted a toad. she crept along the ground trying to slip through the marsh instead of splash, then she jumped catchign the hind leg of the thing in her mouth she tossed it in the air and caught it again killing it. "Woo hoo I caught one.." she said dryly as she spit the flavor out of her mouth.

BlackAbyss rolled and batted at his face, she was still, probablyt he better fighter. she kicked him off with ehr hindpaws. "Maybe i will." she teased
