Entreri sent Vierna a glare... one that pretty much said 'Why'd you have to invite the annoying furball along. Tell her to go away' looks. But Vierna was equally stubborn, and Entreri just snorted impatiently and picked up his pace to get farther away from the two young she-cats.
Vierna rolled her eyes dramatically... her brother could be so mean sometimes... sooooo mean, but she knew he knew how much trouble he would get in if something happened to their mother's favorite kit. Shola would be REALLY upset if the one kit that looked the most like Chasm disappeared.

The white she-kit acted as if she didn't see the silent exchange.
"How are you two related to VampireBat?" she suddenly asked, as if she were unable to contain the question anymore.

Vierna shrugged "Didn't know we were. Why do you think that?... If we are then it's by our father's side of the family, not mom's" she commented. softly, keeping her eyes straight ahead, Entreri now just a few pawsteps in front of her.

"You Daddy is Chasm?"
She tried to sound surprised at her guess, even though she already knew. If it wasn't VampireBat, and Bree wasn't their mother, then that left only their brother.
"You look and Entreti look a lot like him. It's creepy. Except for your blue eyes, of course. Who's your Mommy?" She kept her voice sweet, without the very interested tone she felt. Innocent.

Vierna opened her mouth to answer, but was beat to it by her brother's impatient voice "Why're you soooo interested in our family, you're not one of us" He hissed staring at the white she-kit suspiciously with his cold, ice blue eyes.
Vierna gave him another cold glare, one about as cold as his, but the inner sparkle would never actually leave her bluish-green eyes. "Mom's name is Shola" she mewed not taking her glare off of her brother who was now glaring back at her.

"Now now.......Entreri.. Temper." Came the soft voice of another she-cat. Her scent was the same as Entreri and Vierna's with a personal twist. Kyla glanced at Vierna with a quiet look that said something along the lines of 'can't you two get along for five minutes?!' she looked at Entreri with a sort of 'back down now you are out numbered' look before looking at lithy. "Your FrozenLeave's newest adoptee correct?" she asked smiling her light ice blue eyes portraying mild anger, not at Lithy though, and a rather bland lack of interest.

Vierna shook her head at Kyla... she and her brother couldn't get along, unless they both had the same goal.
Entreri pulled back his lips in a silent snarl at both his sisters, they never fought fair... it always seemed two against one, but Entreri would fight that way.... He always loved a challenge.

Lithy blinked the tears from her eyes and swallowed back a sob. She nodded at Kyla slightly, her eyes wide in a sad expression. She sniffled. "You look a lot like Vierna," she noticed, and tilted her head questioningly. "Please don't fight," she added in a small voice. "Entreti isn't that mean."

Entreri now watched Lithy, interest glowed in his blue eyes. How many other secrets did this other kit have to hide. And how much power did she hold in her paws.... perhaps a potential ally he mused....

Her eyes hardened ever so slightly, even though she still looked vulnerable. She glanced quickly at Entreri staring at her, smiling quickly, before looking back at his sisters. "I don't know. Just a feeling that she won't be around much longer," Lithy said mysteriously, her voice still cheerful as always.

Lithy looked at him, an indignant look in her eyes.
"Why, they wouldn't do that! They're my family. They love me. And FrozenLeaves is pregnant, by the way."
She said the news with a huge grin on her face, as if that was the best thing anyone ever heard.

Entreri shook his head and got up without another word to Lithy. If we was honest with himself he would have known he was jelous of Lithy. To have such a powerful family, with powerful ties without actually being part of the family. How much he desired that, but then again, didn't Lithy just say something about them being part of the VampireBat family? If he had heard correctly the VampireBat family was well known for assassins... such as VampireBat (No way) and that recently the VampireBat family had connected with the Death family which was connected to FrozenLeaves's family, therefore if he could just join with his other family, then he would also be in one of the most powerful families with a WHOLE LOT of POWER! He smiled slightly to himself at where his thoughts were going.

Understanding came into her dark eyes. "Yeah, you and your siblings are. Your father, Chasm, is VampireBat's and his sister Bree's brother. You look a lot like the assassin, you know. Especially personality-wise," she mewed, excitement in her voice as she spoke of them. Did she ever loved her descendants!

Kyla sighed here he goes again... she thought to herself. "Entreri.. can we hurry up.... Aunt Pyraten was looking for us..." she said softly.. Kyla looked a lot more like her brother than her sister....and quite a lot like her mother..... Vierna was the closest in appearance to Chasm.... creepy little person her sister was.

"Eh, no! You guys can go on ahead, if you are afraid to get into a little trouble. I'm talking right now" Entreri mewed back, so caught up in his conversation that he didn't even sound mean, as he normally did.
"Hey Ky, why does Pyraten want us right now?" Vierna asked curiously, she hadn't seen Aunt Pyraten in about a moon now.

"Uh-huh," Lithy mewed, her eyes brightening. "And isn't Pyraten related to the LavenderRose's family? Oh, and we are slightly related to the Axle's family, since Rhymes is Gill's and Death's son. Not sure about the Illusion family, though..."
She frowned, as if expecting the answer to fall right in front of her.

She liked the way he said 'we', 'cause she isn't related to any by blood... Just the adopted cutie in the family.
"Well, then, let's snatch a powerful tom from that family and give him to Death!" Lithy squeaked. Then... well, then everyone will be related and will have to in-breed for survival. Yuck, never mind.

Entreri shrugged 'the only problem is that no one of importance knows that I even exist' He thought irritably. 'the trick is how do you let someone know you exist... and not just exist but show that you have power.... potential at least' He knew he was the best kit at fighting anywhere around, usually take out a trained warrior by himself,... the one he just battled happened to be better at fighting the the average.
