MudPaw grinned. Unlike most places outside of camp, he felt comfortable at Gatherings, only when he was with his friends. The medicine cat apprentice lay down and rolled over on his back to look at FairyPaw from that angle.

"NightStat, welcome." She nodded to the black tom cat that had just arrived. HeatherStar seemed to have her head in other places same with NightStar. She suddenly relized something, they were taken by AbyssClan, momentarily though. She was currently the only leader there in their right pase of mind. The white she-cat shoke her head the sat down and licked her delicate paw. "So how are the clans doing, CelestialClan is fine." She annouced to the other leaders, trying to make small talk.
Aquamarine was talking with the other medicine cats... "We have just found a new supply of wild onion, some summer two-leg garden. Wild onion's are so small though but when you rub them on something frostbiten then it soothes the pain and helps." AquaMarine was explaining.

FairyPAw smiled "Well I wa sout hunting, and the rogue came on our territory.. with two natureclan kits... so I chased after her.... and she went by the ice pool......and I caught her... and scratche dher, and stole the kits nad hid them in the tree... then she found me.. and flung me into the pool....and she had some sort of body guard with her, and SaltyPaw, MistedPaw and Wilypaw rescued me..." she said softly

MudPaw nodded, his eyes full of wonder. He would never fight like FairyPaw would. He walked a differnt. path. But it still made the medicine cat apprentice think...what would it be like to be a warrior?

FairyPaw smiled SaltyPaw rescued me, taking on that big scary rogue, and then when he was pinned MistedPaw came in and sent him flying..... then she and SaltyPaw ganged up on him, and sent him crying for his mom!!!" FairyPaw had amazing storytelling skills, she was a clanner at heart, no doubt..but a gypsy in soul. she could out dance even Obsidian with out question!

Wolfpaw's tail twitched as she mewed a shy "Hello." Wolfpaw's paws pounded the earth as she waited for the leaders to speak, with Endlesspaw. Wolfpaw watched Endlesspaw with joy in her eyes she quickly turned her head so he could not see her looking at him in such away. Sighing Wolfpaw curled her tail around her paws and sniffed the wind.

LionPaw watched EndlessPAw and Wolfpaw with sad eyes. He sighed and looked away. They obviously needed eachother more... he then began thinking of the forest of love, maybe it wouldnt be so bad...? He sighed and watched the leaders.

((Misty get on with the gathering. Have SourBite give his little speech and the cats driven out.
And EverPain shouldnt be at this gathering with her clan. She should be watching quietly from the bushes -no cat knows she's there- until the time comes that the poor cast out cats are arguing about "what to do now". She'll unite them and lead them to a marshy patch of territory and they try to start their own fifth clan...))

MudPaw sighed and rolled his eyes.
Suddenly, silence fell upon the Gathering as SourBite stepped forth. His permanent grimace was making the cats uneasy, many of which could sense that something bad was coming. "SpectrumClan's noble leader MinkStar could not be present here tonight because she has fallen ill, unfortunately. But I have come instead with a message; a message for all the Clans." He paused for a moment, making sure he had the attention of every cat before beginning again,
"For many moons we have taken in strays and let our cats breed out of clan. We can hardly call ourselves Clans anymore; we've been taking in half-bloods, rogues, loners, gypsies, and even kittypets for so long..." SourBite's paced the his spot on the high rock. His head was held high and arrogent and a malicious look was cast over his features. "Well no more. Slowly I've watched the population of SpectrumClan decrease as these half-bloods and such leave after taking advantage of our food and shelter, and perhaps..." He paused again, as if thinking,
"Perhaps it was for the better: They don't belong here. They never belonged here. It's in the warrior code. Ask any elder and they'll tell you what I'm telling you now. All they bring are problems and weakness into our Clans. Last night StarClan gave me a vision. I have seen the greatness each of our Clans will become if we cast out these...dirty, impure cats. The Clans shall be great, greater than any Clan or group of cats that ever lived! We could be of pure blood like our ancestors. We would once more like LionClan, TigerClan, and LeopardClan!" SpectrumClan's deputy was clearly being driven insane by his hunger for power.
MudPaw's mouth dropped. So didn't see that coming.
"Fox dung!" A younge voice objected from the crowd. WilyPaw stepped forth, growling. "We never hurt anyone! That's foxdung!"
SourBite coldly glared down at the MysticClan apprentice. "If you couldn't survive in rogue territory or where ever it is you came from, doesn't mean you can live here and take our prey and territory. StarClan told me that our Clans have been too pitying and mericful. Think! All pity and mercy have ever brought us is death and destruction."
(Blech. The speach that changed the world wasn't that good. Well what did you expect! You guys were pressuring me! *points an accusing finger at all the gathered*)

MarbleFlower hissed angrily, She still wasn't sure if her father was pure or not, her mother was, and she was definitely a Starclan approved she-cat! Hwo could he cast out so many?! where would they go?!
BlackAbyss looked at her apprentice with a weak half smile "Told ya so." she said coldly.
SinisterNight widened his one good eyes in fear, what would happen to him? he would be cast out!!!! NOES!!!
DustedSnow gasped horrified, she hadn't expected this, just something big! she looked at ehr fahter, and her nephew. FrostBite widened his eyes, that meant.... he was an outcast too!!!
FairyPaw growled "hey! Don't talk to him like that! And thats not fair! We don't have a choice in our origins~! we can only choose how to act upon them,a nd how to act upon our beliefs! so what if your mom's grandmother was a rogue?! so what if your dad was once a kittypet! they made it out! they joined the clan didn't they?! They were loyal and served their clan weren't they?!" she hissed her eyes dancing in anger. DestinyWinds stood up and swooped RiddlePaw, WilyPaw, and MudPaw up to her. Her eyes danced in fear. She looked at the other medicine cats her eyes wide, in fear and shock. WHy was this happening?
ElvenGrace nodded" YEAH! get rid of the HALF BLOODS!!!" she yowled, she was an uber lovng she-cat, but she believed in pure bloods!

"Who cares if the half-clans and x-rogues WANT to be loyal?" Called a dark pelted NatureClan tom of pure blood,
"It doesnt mean they can be! It's like SourBite says: They've never brought anything upon us but death and destruction. If SourBite's vision is from StarClan, that must mean that StarClan want us to drive them out RIGHT NOW!!"
There were yowls and cheers from the crowd. Strangely, most of the cats seemed to be agreeing with this insanity. If a single one of the agreeing cats had stopped to clear it's head and think, he or she would have realized how crazy and sinister this idea of SourBite's was. But none of them stopped to think. The rows of purebreds turned on impure of their own clan and began to advance on them, backing them into the bushes at the edges of the gathering.
"Get lost!"
"We dont want you here!"
"Just go back to wherever you came from!"

((Kitty, NightHawk is half-rogue. I made up his father, a pure-blood SpectrumClanner, HawkFlight, dead, and his mother, a rogue, Scarla, died in the CAE vs. Alliance fight. So MarbleFlower is 3/4 pure-blood. Is that pure enough?))

FairyPaw blinked as she was driven back, she looked at LunarPaw, who very carefully helped her sister out. SinisterNight hissed and backed up, and out. BlackAbyss turned and ran out of the bushes, her violet black eyes storming in anger and freedom. MistedPaw looked at her friends being shoved out, and went and sat next to WilyPaw "are you going?" she asked knowing DestinyWinds was working hard to protect the three apprentices from being shunned...s he had them sheltered out of the way. DustedSnow watched them shoo cats out, and shoo them.. and shoo them.... FrostBite followed reluctantly, he didn't want to leave his home. GeodeSoul yowled angrily as he was turned upon by some of his own clan, and shoved back... he turned and left.....

SongStar stared at awe at the SpectrumClan leader. She just couldn't believe it. She shoke her head and watched as the rouges and half-bloods and all the other cats retorted. She was to stunned to say anything.

Nightstar's eyes glowered darkly and looked at Sourbite. Though if he was in a normal state of mind he would never let this happen. But with this he was being controlled by the Abyss. So he spoke in a way no other could believe.
"I understand what you are saying Sourbite. Our clan blood is being spilled and many of the cats are part rouge, loner, or kittypet. So, any cat in my clan that is not pureblood will, be, banished from this clan. Forever."
