SongStar waited patiently for her apprentice, MountainPaw, by a bat cave, she would show her the territory today, well at least some of it.

The silver Bengal appretnnice came up "Ok, I'm ready." she said smiling watching her mentor with an eager need to learn,s he would be the best warrior, for seeing ehr father die, and her mother gone..... very few of her siblings still around..... she would protect this clan from teh devastation her family had had.

"Okay we'll go around the territory marking the territory, I have a feeling MysticClan is up to something, maybe wanting new land but this clan has been through devastasion, making us weaker, other clans think they can take territory, well they won't be able to." SongStar meowed, "MysticClan has a thick smell of desert and sand, maybe some cactus plant."
SonStar walked along the border until something came.

MountainPaw nodded sharply "Ok..... the dog attacks have really hurt us haven't they?" she asked.. at least two queens had died in dog attacks, the last leader, one stargazer, and others.....
MountainPaw sniffed the air "hey i smells something different.... what is it?" she asked

"Huh, very few of use survived the dogs, I wonder why starclan chose me to take ThunderStar's place, EbonyChains would have been a wonderful leader but it's starclan's choice, we are lucky to have MottledFury, are only Stargazer. The smell... it smells like, DOG!"
Only moments later a vicious mutt, his eyes were red a his mouth foaming, the foal smell came from him, luckily he was the only one but he was big.
SongStar pounced, "Get help!" she screamed to her apprentice, tackling the dog.

MountainPaw nearly froze..... then realized htis dog was different then the husky pack that had been attacking hem recently... and were now gone.. she ran fast, like a coming storm energy built under paws she screeched in camp... "DOG!!!!!!!!!!!!" then turned running back... Frostpaw on her heels.. AngelWings using their speeded up breathing to follow them....
MountainPaw got back to SongStar and the dog quickly and without hesitation leaped nailign the dog in the forhead, her claws scrabbeled at his eyes......her front paws dug into his skull so she wouldn't fall into his teeth
FrostPaw snarled and ran around him attacking his flank

Mountainpaw blinded the dog...... her teeth ripped mercilessly at the back of its neck.. tehn she roleld and dropped as it shook her off..... she hissed and with an angry fire in her eyes launched at its throat

MountainPaw chased it a ways still snarling and yowling curses after it once it was pas teh border she turned around.
AngelWings listened ot her younger sister's receeding pawsteps and walke dup tot he motionless Songstar sniffing her "SongStar, SONG STAR COME BACK" she yowled nosing her gently
FostPaw growled softly low in his throat and checked the woods carefully for more

FrostPaw! you and MounTainPaw take her back to camp." she ordered sternly.. MountainPaw nodded and stood beside her mentor her eyes still storming.. FrostPaw stood on the other side of their leader

ChimneySweep helped SongStar start walking again, she heaved but going. As she walked out back to camp something rustle into the bushes.
"Ruimmm hmmm, hmmmm." he said softly.

Mountainpaw flicked an ear and launchd at the rustling bushes hitting whatever had made them rustle, claws extended teeth ready and yowling a warning

The creature was quick to dodge though, they were right by the border though, maybe it was chased from either Spectrumclan or MysticClan, seeming as though those were the two clans bordering them. The brown and black creature made a whimpering noise and jumped into another bush.

Mountainpaw didn't hesitate she landed and releape din a second swirling in air and kicking the creature with ehr hind-legs then landing and turning back around to where it had landed, after hitting a rock to tackle it and try to pin it again

But it turned out that the creature was bigger then MountainPaw. "Grrraaarrr." The creatureleaped, it was quick even though it was big, only moments later it had the small she-cat pinned down. "Grraarr."

"GraRawrrrerera." The black and brown creature shreiked falling to the ground it got up and tackled mountainpaw opening gashes on her shoulders.

MountainPaw grit her teeth and screeched through them her golden eyes turned gray and using an impossible amount of strength she flung the larger creature off her and took one second to lick each wound before facing it and running up an dunder it knocking it over and ripping its belly completely open

The creature fell to the ground dead. ChimneySweep came out of the trees, he had witnessed the whole thing. "Wow, you killed it, you killed it, you killed the rottwieler, all on your own... you killed it..." he muttered those words over and over again, he couldn't believe it.
