History: Rover was born a rouge but was abandoned when the rouges thought he 'betrayed them' so he was kicked out. he was alone for over 2 moons, caring for himself. Soon enough he found the gyspies, a wonderful group of cats. he was given a job as a waiter at a restraunt and has worked there ever since.
