Tarpenleaf walked briskly through the Fern Tunnel, in his mouth was Watermint. The green leafy plant hung limply from his jaws, his kind gaze sought out Wolfspirit. Wolfspirit lay in a soft nest of moss. He was curled tightly, and his tail twitched ever so often. “Wolfspirit.” Tarpenleaf meowed, as he dropped the Watermint.
Wolfspirit opened one eye, “There you are. Bellyache.” He meowed.
Tarpenleaf nodded and began to chew the plant into a pulp. “Okay now open your mouth.” He instructed, Wolfspirit opened his mouth willingly. Tarpenleaf slid the pulp into his mouth easily enough. “There. Now try to rest.” He advised to the elder.
He then turned his attention back to stacking herbs, he was humming softly to himself. Natureclan was doing a lot better now that Heatherstar was back in power and Deathstroke was gone.

FernSight crept into the tunnel softly and quietly curling up next to her father waiting for him to wake up.. so she could ask him about her mother.

CreekVoice slipped in after her, she caught Tarpenleaf's gaze on her. "Quiet ladies. Your father needs some rest." He whispered. "He should be out for a little while. You may wait here until he wakes up, but you must be quiet." He advised then went back to stacking.
Creevoice nodded, "You came here for answers didn't you?" She whispered.

FernSight nodded and flicked her tail into her sister's mouth with a shush behind it she laid curled against her father's warm still form listening to his breathing, made her feel like a kit in the nursery again, this was Heaven

Creekvoice nodded with realization. Then she too curled up to her father. She closed her eyes. Her father's breathing was even, just as it should be.
-2 hours later-
Wolfspirit's eyes opened to see his two daughters sleeping beside him. A deep purr swelled from his chest. His tail curled around them. He looked up at Tarpenleaf.
"They fell asleep to your breathing." He meowed.

FernSight woke up and stabbed her sister in the flank with her tail "Daddy?!" she yawned stretching a little "Will you tell us about momma? and her family? please?" she begged softly "Who were her parents first of all? second any dead siblings? third what did her voice sound like? fourth who is the rest of her family?" she asked questions bubbling, she was the one who was hyper, with good vision, and green eyes, CreekVoice, her twin was the one with the pretty voice, that talked alot, and asked questions a lot... with bluish eyes. oops. oh well! FernSight would ask ANYWAY

"Well now let me think." He meowed and heaved out a yawn. "Your mother was at first very well...bossy. She acted like she ruled the world. She held grudges, at times. But then she changed, she was sweeter and much kinder. She was a fierce fighter, you wouldn't want to meet her in battle." He paused. "Her voice was tender and times, beautiful. Although when she was mad or angry she had a harsh voice." He stopped trying to think of her family line.
Creekvoice was silent through it all. She was eager for her father to continue.
((Who was her mom and dad? And what was her first litter? Wait did she have two before creek and fern?))

(Parents wer DaisyField and TansyBark, her siblings are TigerVine, ummmmmm hold on hold on... u played one didn't u?  uuuummmmm well tigerVine, and three other dead siblings at least. She had EerieSong, FrozenLeaves, HiddenGlade, aaaand.. CedarStripe(Dead), and those are her only kits I think her half sister is Sahara, her "step-mom" is Sugar. aaaaaaand..... hey this is relaly funny Sahara is Sugar's kit, and MurkyWater's half sister, but totally unrelated blood wise to FrozenLeaves, and FrozenLeave's first litter are from Sugr's grandson! LOL write that out in a family tree XD) |

"Her parents were Tansybark and Daisyfield. Her siblings were Tigervine and three others who are now dead. Her first litter before you was Eeriesong, Frozenleaves, Hiddenglade, Cedarstripe, who's dead now. Her half sister is Sahara and her 'step mom' is a cat named Surgar who is also dead. Why are you so interested?" He finished.

Creekvoice cleared her throat, "Well we thought we may have heart mother...in our head the other day." She meowed. SHe looked at her sister for back up.

FernSight nodded "Uh-hh, while we were still apprentices The voice said 'Fernsight, Creekvoice, my most beautiful daughters.' it creeped even ME out...." FernSight, whose voice was very similar to her mother's mimicked the voice perfectly...... adding just a touch of sharpness tot eh edge of her voice she had her mother's voice (OH one of her sister's was Skyheart!)

Wolfspirit wasn't surprised to hear it. He too often heard his dead mate's voice. "Yes, you heard your mother talking to you." He confirmed, a smile was on his graying face. "She was an extraordinary she-cat."

"Why did you and her become mates? how did you meet? did she like you? yous aid she was mean? and bossy?!" FernSight wanted to know everything now "Who did she look like? which one of us is more like her?!" FernSight shut her mouth to let her father answer

"Well I was brought here by Heatherstar. Me and my sister, Cherrywhisker, were lone kits. We were scared out of our minds, well inside we were but we didn't show it. When I first came here your mother had a fondness for me." He smiled, lost in a memory.
Creekvoice smiled, then prodded her dad, "Go on."
"Oh. Well she wasn't very nice to certain cats. She would boss them around and act like she was leader. She'd tell others what to do and attack those who didn't agree with her." He smiled, "Then she made peace with everyone here. I began to really love her... that's when this battle happened. I was injured but I was able to save your mother. Then she left." His gaze went cloudy but he still continued, "When I was healed to perfect health I got permission to go and find her. And eventually I did. We came home together, and then we shared two litters of kits." He finished, his gaze becoming less cloudy.

"How did she.... how did she die?" FernSight asked.. she seemed so strong... so strong.. how did she die? in KitBirth?! was that possible? of one so strong? ? but who would have hurt such a great cat?! nobody could have held a grudge.. and he still had to describe what she looke dlike! and which of her kits was most like her! and and...... what she looked like |

Wolfspirit's eyes became slightly pained, "Your Sister, Frozenleaves, killed her."He meowed, "Hiddenglade is like her before she became so kind. And both of you two have traits that are just like her."
Creekvoice smiled at that. "It's okay daddy, you don't have to go in depth about how she died. Maybe you could tell us later on."

(She was a dark brown tabby, hiddenGlade looks jus tliek her, except hse had murky swirling green and brown eyes that morphed and changed)
FernSight nodded a question burning at the tip of her tongue, she squiggled a little but she would wait until he answered her remaining question before she asked
